I needed two USB-C to USB-B adapters to plug a couple of induction iPhone chargers into older style USB charging ports built into our nightstands. These adapters are as tiny as you could possibly make them and work perfectly for my needs. The third one is going to be kept with an external drive that has the USB-C connector on the computer end in case i need to hook into a laptop without the C style port. I use this with VW Tiguan as it has USB-A cables, but most of the cables at home are USB-C to connect iPhone. It definitely works with CarPlay but is prone to losing contact if swinging around the cable.

I initially bought this back in 2020, but came back to get another set because I needed more adapters. I have about 3 or 4 portable battery chargers that only have a USB-A port. They're a few years old, but still work perfectly. I also have a nice aesthetic charger on my nightstand, which also only takes a USB-A port. Practically all of my devices now charge to a USB-C port. It costs more money to get new portable chargers and to replace my chargers, so these adapters save me so much money! Besides, what's the point of replacing those devices if they work perfectly? ... show more
