  • TL;DR: highly recommend it – fantastic for work and play!
Capacity: Windows 11 Home
TL;DR: Highly recommend it – fantastic for work and play! I recently purchased this Lenovo Yoga. After using it for a few days, I couldn't be happier! The design is great, perfect for both work and personal use. The 16-inch touchscreen is vivid and crystal-clear, ideal for spreadsheet editing and movie watching. The stylus is excellent for note-taking or sketching. It is easy to switch from laptop to tablet modes. Tons of ports, USB-C, HDMI, you name it. I don't have to carry extra adapters, very convenience for travel, compensated for its relatively larger size. With an AMD Ryzen 7 processor and 16GB of RAM, it can handle everything I throw at it. From running demanding programs like Photoshop to video editing, I didn't notice any lag in performance. The battery lasts a full day on a single charge. The build feels premium and sturdy. I am sure this laptop lasts for years to come. Overall, I highly recommend it. A fantastic buy! ... show more

  • Laptop crashed in less than 3 months hard drive has bad sectors do not buy from this seller
Capacity: Windows 11 Home
The media could not be loaded. First of all, let me start by saying I am so excited! I love the look and the feel of the laptop. It looks and feels expensive and modern. Trust me when I say It is giving what it should give. The display is vibrant. It’s easy to use. I spent $850 total with taxes included and I love my laptop. I think it’s worth it! I did so much research before making this purchase as it was a big one for me and I didn’t wanna regret it. I am gonna make it a point of my duty to include important pointers in this review that I was looking for when I was doing my research and I couldn’t find it. I chose to go with ryzen AMD instead of Intel core after doing much research, the purpose that I wanted the laptop for was best fit with ryzen. I want the laptop to work from home where I’ll be using multiple tabs and systems and also to do a little bit of graphic design using Canva, editing YT videos, creating presentations and running my small business, etc. I chose the option for the product to be shipped from Amazon and not straight from the seller. I did so because Amazon has better options when it comes to returns if there’s an issue and all of that. The pen that comes with the laptop is not a Lenovo brand pen. It is a Dell pen that is configured to work with the laptop, I was ok with that pretty much. I thought it was cool that I’m getting a pen included and I didn’t have to purchase one separately, so that was good enough for me. The description said that it would come with batteries included for the pen, however there was no batteries in my package. I went ahead and purchased the batteries separately for $5.99. The batteries that it uses are AAAA BATTERIES. Again, that wasn’t a big deal for me that the batteries were not included even though they should’ve been, as I was getting the pen with the laptop. I thought that was not big of a deal for me, but everyone’s different. After my first use, when I was trying to shut the laptop down, it stated that there were updates that needed to be made. Please bear in mind, this might happen to you as well. When you select the option to update then shut down, the laptop will ask you to find your recovery key so it can access the drive. Your recovery key can be found in your Microsoft account. I panicked for a little while because I had no idea where to find it, but then I went to Google and that’s how I was able to carry through the process. I entered the recovery key and the laptop was able to update the Windows Drive, make the necessary updates and in no time, I had access back to the laptop again, so now I know what to do next time, if that ever happens again. I’m just putting you guys on so you don’t get worried like I did. 😅 The touchscreen portion of the laptop works flawlessly. I was and I still am a bit worried about the hinges overtime, but I don’t think I’ll be using it as a tablet as often as I thought I would have initially so I might not have an issue with that for a long time, however, the pen touches great on the screen, I’m amazed! I am so in love. It’s the best and most up-to-date electronic that I’ve ever owned. ... show more

  • Afforadable, good battery life. Speakers are not so loud.
Capacity: Windows 11 Home
Best Affordable 2-in-1 I’ve Ever Owned – So Good It Became My Marketing Research Case Study! I spent literally months hunting for the perfect touch-screen laptop that didn’t cost $1,500+. I compared every brand (Dell, HP, Surface, Samsung, you name it) and kept coming back to the Lenovo Yoga 7i. I pulled the trigger on the 16-inch version with the Ryzen processor, 16 GB RAM, and 1 TB SSD, and it has been an absolute game-changer. The screen is gorgeous (bright, color-accurate, and the touch response is buttery smooth). I use it in tablet mode constantly for taking handwritten notes in OneNote, sketching wireframes, and marking up PDFs. Battery life is insane; I routinely get 9-11 hours of real-world use (Zoom calls, multiple Chrome tabs, Spotify, light Photoshop), and when I do need to top it off, it charges from 20 % to 80 % in about 35 minutes. That fast-charge feature has saved me on more flights and coffee-shop work sessions than I can count. Performance is snappy. Zero lag when I’m running surveys in Qualtrics, editing 1080p video for class projects, or juggling 30+ tabs for research. The keyboard is one of the best I’ve ever typed on (seriously, it feels better than my old MacBook), and the haptic trackpad is precise. This laptop was so impressive that I actually wrote a 15-page marketing research paper about Lenovo’s positioning in the 2-in-1 market and used my own purchase journey and satisfaction data as the core case study. My professor loved it, and I got an A+ (so thanks, Lenovo!). Because I loved the 16-inch so much, I recently bought the 14-inch version for travel. Same amazing experience in a more portable package. Honest cons (because nothing is perfect): - It does NOT come with the Lenovo Active Pen. I was bummed; I assumed it would be included at this price point. Ended up buying the pen separately, and it works flawlessly, but heads-up: budget an extra $40-50 if you want to write/draw. - Speakers are just okay. Fine for YouTube or music in a quiet room, but if you’re taking a Zoom call in a noisy environment (or, let’s be real, from your parked car like I sometimes do), definitely grab headphones or a Bluetooth speaker. Even with those two minor gripes, I recommend the Yoga 7i without hesitation. It’s the best bang-for-buck touch-screen laptop on the market right now. Powerful, beautiful, long-lasting battery, and versatile enough to replace both my old laptop and my iPad. If you’re on the fence, just get it; you won’t regret it. Already planning to buy a third one for my partner. Lenovo has a customer for life! ... show more
