  • DO NOT BUY
This laptop crashed 3 weeks after buying it and so far I have spent 3 days trying to fix it. Everything was installed as per Lenovo instructions. Only new item added was a Logitech mouse. Ran everything else off the cloud. One day just stopped booting up, or would attempt to boot up and freeze. Tried to use Lenovo support, created a case file, and they called to say that no technicians were available to address my issue, but if one becomes available they may call me sometime in the future. You can supposedly create a USB recovery key via a digital download, but you need a 2nd Windows PC to do so. Tried to do that from a PC at the library, but the way you get the recovery key is by downloading an executable file (.exe) which you then run to download the recovery key to a USB drive. But you can't run executable files on library PCs for security reasons. ... show more
