I was looking for a basic laptop to replace my old Lenovo that died after 15 years. I basically use it for research, YouTube and to pay bills online, so I don't need a lot of storage space. It works perfectly for what I need. I'm not tech savvy and it wasn't too difficult to get started up.

This is a review for the Lenovo V15 G2 Laptop, 15.6" FHD Screen, Intel Dual-core Processor, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Webcam, HDMI, Wi-Fi, Windows 11 Home, Black When I got the computer and tried to set it up it kept on freezing up, while I was trying to set it up. I was not able to set up. I tried to reboot it but it would not even reboot. Also the web description was not correct. It said it had (2) USB 3.0 ports and it only had (1) and the USB 2.0 was useless it is to small to even use. It was also very hard to get my wireless mouse USB into the port the only USB 3.0 port. In other reviews I noticed that they commented on the keyboard making a loud noise. The regular keyboard was okay, but the number pad was very loud and sounded like it was made of very cheap plastic. The computer on a whole felt very cheap too. Not sure how long it will last. I also noticed that the power corded got very hot. This concerned me, that it might catch on fire. It is not touch screen. In this day and time you would think all computers would be touch screen but it was not. Because it was defected and would not work right out of the box. I will be returning it for a full refund. This was the first time I had ever purchased a Lenovo laptop and it will be the last time. ... show more
