Great service and incredibly fast shipping! Everything about the order was good. Shipping to Argentina was exceptionally fast, taking only one week. The only minor issue is with the PC case itself: there is a noticeable opening/gap just below the 'ThinkPad' inscription. I'm unsure if this is a manufacturing defect or damage from shipping, but it's the only thing keeping it from being perfect.

I have multiple of these laptops in service at my company, this one was noticeably slower than the others and crashed multiple times per day. Upon inspection I found that a slower, DRAM less WD Green SN350 PCIe 3.0 NVME drive had been installed. This laptop can take faster PCIe 4.0 drives so not sure why this alteration was made. Additionally it came with cheap slower 4800 DDR5 RAM (T14 gen 5 can accept faster 5600 RAM) from Lexar that is very low quality. I had to replace the RAM and the NVME drive to get this laptop to function at its normal performance level and to stop crashing which completely negated the purpose of purchasing it from this seller.

We had a very bad experience with a computer purchased from GreatPriceTech: Windows freezes, half of the screen would lose video signal, and when turning the device off and on, the system continued freezing. We submitted a warranty repair request with LENOVO, and the manufacturer’s support service replied: “Thank you for sending your device to the Lenovo Service Center. During diagnostics, our technicians discovered damage that is not covered under Lenovo’s Limited Warranty. An explanation of the damage found, repair parts required, and total cost is shown below. Please reply to this email to let us know how to proceed. This includes your approval (or rejection) and preferred payment method. Our technicians will perform repairs once payment is received for billable repairs that support the safe operation of your device or damage that impacts the original issue reported. The quote below is for the RAM, but unfortunately the RAM is 3rd party and not covered by Lenovo's warranty. We have had this happen several times with units that are purchased through other vendors. I am not sure why they are selling units with different parts. However, I do know that if you contact your vendor regarding the issue being 3rd party, there is something that they do to compensate. I am not sure what it is, but I have had previous customers tell me that they took care of it for them. If you would like me to send the unit back as is and contact them, I can do that. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.” As of today, I have a computer that I have not been able to use.

My unit came with a slower WD Green SN350 PCIe 3.0 NVME drive. This laptop can take faster PCIe 4.0 drives so not sure why this alteration was made. Probably something that most will not be aware of as it is not mentioned. Also of note is that my unit came with 4800 MT/s DDR5 RAM (T14 gen 5 can accept faster 5600 MT/s RAM) and there was no copper heatsink on the NVME drive, which I believe comes included if laptop is purchased directly from Lenovo. The laptop functions fine out of the box, just not as fast as it could have been. The Intel Core Ultra 7 155U CPU reaches over 100C if stressed. Various benchmarks show middling performance from this laptop. Also only 9 months left on Lenovo warranty. Overall in my opinion, it is an OK laptop but I came away underwhelmed.
