Upon starting up the laptop i was trying to type in my email address and I started noticing buttons on the keyboard don't work. So far I've found about 5 or 6 buttons that are unresponsive

    • Did not boot to Win 10 (or any OS)
I give this two stars rather than one because the computer was exactly what I had in mind, if it had worked. Externally, it looked great. It had 3 USB 3 ports, big screen, great keyboard, etc. It opened to the boot and diagnostic screens. The computer arrived with a checklist of perfect diagnostic scores, which I repeated. It just did not boot to OS 10 or any other useful function. Enough opened on boot/diagnostic to indicate the serial number and other details. The Lenovo site indicated the computer was out of warranty and "near the end of its useful life." I still would have kept it, if it opened to an OS I could work with. Amazon customer service connected me to Lenovo. The Lenovo agent was straightforward; without a warranty or a functional OS, it would cost money and time to fix, if it could be fixed.
