I purchased this as a gift to myself for my birthday simply to be able to play old computer games that no longer run on windows 11. This works great for what I use it for. The screen resolution is very good. It is reconditioned and I found no blemishes, in fact, the protective cover was in place on the top. I have not found any screen blemishes. Looks like it has not been used. There is an external battery and at least a place to put an internal battery. My battery life shows over 7 hours of run time. We'll see since I don't think it has the internal battery. Shipping is outstanding. Mine came next day. Packaging was top notch with 3 business cards explaining how to contact the shipper in the case of trouble. I recommend this merchant highly. ... show more

    • Received a faulty laptop
The first thing the computer said was that the battery was not supported. The computer will not even turn on without being plugged up to the charger and will immediately turn off if in plugged. After that, the computer will not let me add my Microsoft account and keeps claiming the password is wrong when it isn't. The mousepad barely works properly as well. ... show more
