The first laptop did not work due to virus issues before it was even connected to the internet. Returned for a replacement. Second laptop had the same issues as soon as it was turned on. Complete waste of time and money.

The media could not be loaded. Mouse pad stopped functioning. Then keyboard stopped functioning. Then the screen kept cutting out and resetting. Very very glitchy.
