Opened the package and the strong smell of paint was the first thing i noticed. Pulled the item out (it was packed well). I could see the stains of something on front through the plastic. After getting it out there was a sticky substance spilled all down the front and underneath. after putting it down, washing my hands and getting gloves, i opened it to find that it has a dual core i5 and not the quad core described in the listing. That broke the deal and i didn't plug it in or open anything else just packed it up and went to returns. This isn't a $50 desktop from 2005 (well it wasnt supposed to be) i paid $125 for it and at least expect it to be clean. If you cleaned it up and painted it right i still would not have gotten past the sticky crap (i still don't know what it was) or the fact that it is not what you said it was. I'll look to make sure future purchases are not Sunset Micro. It doesn't seem like they do a good job refurbishing. ... show more

Works well and all hardware for set up was included. My only disappointment was that there was no slot for a CD player as was described. I was given a modest refund and the option to return the product. I see this misleading description still has not been corrected.

Garbage. Did not boot. No mouse or keyboard included. No output on video despite buying my own cables. Avoid this rubbish.

Disc drive broken. Mouse literally smashed and then place in box. For the money and pc purpose It’s not worth returning I’ll keep it and then add my own USB CD drive.

In case anyone is looking for a computer for home recording, the Lenovo ThinkCentre M90p is GREAT. Im running Cubase Elements 10 with a Tascam US 16x08. Beautiful, no latency issues... even 8 tracks at a time!

After returning the last one to your third party KLAMP electronics Amazon which had an os problem not to mention the faceplate of the last one was falling off to. I got a new one From you guys and I am very very happy with it no issues no nothing it works really well I'm very happy with it I would recommend it's a great computer for beginners and beginners in the pc gaming world ... show more

Well for now I have to say the product looks good. However completely useless. The computer requires one type of power cord but a completely different and none compatible cord was sent.
