Since Windows 7 is no longer supported, I was forced into getting a newer PC. But due to COVID-19, everything is on a super tight budget. This PC is absolutely great for office work. It has plenty of memory and boots quick due to the SSD drive. Having a 2nd drive for storage is also a great feature to have. Plus is has a 1 Year warranty which is the same you get on something new. But it is not for gaming. After all it cannot be all work and no play. So I am going to check if there is a low profile GPU out there that will fit and work in this box. My son bought this because he wanted a computer to play games on. Unfortunately, new computers for gaming are quite expensive, so he decided to give this a try. THE GOOD It arrived well packaged and undamaged. I contained 2 hard drives. One SSD drive that contained the Windows 10 Pro operating system. The second drive is a 500 GB hard drive that had been cleanly formatted and did not have any files on it. The mouse and keyboard were in good condition and worked well. Wi-Fi is not included in the original design, but it came with a USB Wi-Fi dongle that worked well. As advertised, it came with an Intel Core i5 processor running at 3.2 GHz, an integrated Intel Graphics Processor, and 16 GB of DDR3 RAM. It started without problems and loaded Windows without difficulty. Windows setup was quick and easy. The DPI port connected easily to our monitor, and the display was good. Using one DPI port for the main monitor, and the second DPI port (with an HDMI adaptor) we were able to set up dual displays. THE NOT SO GOOD The video processor is integrated into the CPU. It does not have dedicated GDDR memory; instead, it uses part of the system RAM; however, even with adjusting the CMOS parameters, we never got more than 512 GB of memory available to the GPU. The picture of the computer made it appear that it contained an internal DVD drive. As stated earlier, it has 2 internal hard drives. The 500 GB hard drive occupies the spot that is normally used in this computer setup for a hard drive; however, the SSD drive was mounted in the spot where an internal DVD player was suppose to be; so, no internal DVD player. Instead, it came with a USB 2.0 DVD player to be attached externally. THE BAD The DVD player would not work. We tried hooking it up to another desktop computer as well as a laptop computer and it would not work with any of them. You could hear it spin up and the lights blinked, but Windows always gave an error message. The USB Wi-Fi dongle work for 2 weeks, and then it died. The computer is not fast enough to play most games; I do not know if that is because the CPU is inadequate, or if the integrated GPU is inadequate. All I know is it will not play Fortnite, World of War, and several other current games; we even tried changing the graphics display to lower resolution, but it still did not work. It plays older games that do not utilize intense graphics. TAKE HOME MESSAGE If you want a gaming computer, this is not the computer that you want. It would be quite adequate for web browsing, most computer programs like MS Office or Quicken. It will play YouTube videos well enough. I actually use my current desktop computer for web browsing, running routine software, and an occasional YouTube video. My son's computer (this computer) will do everything that I need a computer to do. So, I traded computers with my son. He now has a mini-tower; it has an AMD FX CPU with 8 cores; it has 16 GB of DDR3 ram (expandable to 32 GB). It has a 250 GB SSD that contains the Windows 10 Pro operating system and a 500 GB SATA drive as a secondary drive; it contains an integrated RealTek Audio system with Dolby 5.1 and a 256k wave table; it has a dedicated NVIDIA GeForce 1050 TI GPU with 4 GB of GDDR5 RAM; this computer plays the games that my son wants to play, and it has excellent video. If you want a computer for everyday use. This computer is adequate. If you want a computer to play games, an out-of-date AMD FX with 8 cores still works well. ... show more

Purchased this computer for personal use. I had a few issues and the seller responded right away and resolved the issues. The computer is very fast and quiet (almost silent). For under $200 it was a much better choice than purchasing new. Boots very fast with the solid state hard drive. I would recommend to anyone who wants a fast Windows 10 computer. ... show more

Overall a great product. SSD is incredible and having a the second hard drive is amazing for storing less accessed files. The operating system is nice, operates smooth, and my case was in fairly food condition. Came with mouse, keyboard, and Wi-Fi USB which was great! Only complaint is it came with a 2.5 ghz processor, not the 3.2 ghz as described. I worked out a deal with the merchant (Kumar) for this and I feel happy with the purchase. ... show more

Computer arrived without a DVD drive as advertised; I returned it and they sent another with the same problem...! Ultimately I settled for an external DVD drive.
