I was so excited to receive this laptop but what I needed it for (zoom conference calls and collaborative work) it doesn’t do well. For having 32 gigs of RAM zoom calls can only be watched, it’s hard to understand what people are saying and the system can only do one program at a time, so no opening PowerPoint and working while on a zoom calls. Super frustrating. My HP with only 16 gigs of RAM was more powerful and I spent the same amount on both machines. When just working on projects it performs well enough but trying to use more than a few programs at a time the laptop lags and crashes. It’s more like a glorified Chromebook. ... show more

I bought this computer as a fairly basic computer so I can watch YouTube and emails but I also have a second monitor that I like to run an animated weather radar on. I was shocked when I saw how slow it was and in fact when I'm watching a YouTube video and then run a small animated weather radar loop it just slows down and it keeps under buffering spinning circle on the video. When I bought it I didn't know it had a Celeron processor. I thought it was an Intel Pentium or higher I mean really Celeron processors were back 20 or 30 years ago. I want my money back but I probably can't get it please play a little more money $100 - 200 more and get an AMD or an i7 processor that can handle the most basic stuff and actually multi task. I'm not even a gamer. I don't recommend this for anything except running one program at a time. Even though it's $450 with the Amazon coupon again pay six or seven hundred dollars and get at least an i5 or i7 or an AMD processor ... show more
