I want to start by saying how great this laptop is for what you pay, especially for people who just need a computer for school work (like myself) or to just have a house computer for web browsing, shopping and other media. I'm typically wary of a lot of laptops in this price range, but from my past experience I know Lenovo makes decent affordable laptops. The display you get for the laptop and its price point is actually really nice and crisp, and the performance is also quite snappy. The keyboard is also pretty responsive, and you can just go to your settings and change your search key to a caps lock key as I quickly found out. Overall it's a really great two-in-one laptop with a nice touch screen and a system that's pretty easy to use and navigate. If I had to say one drawback it would be that there's no backlit keyboard, which I could honestly care less for as I never really used them. I definitely recommend this device for people who are in need of a laptop and are on a budget. ... show more

Computer works great and I like it just fine. When I clicked the f-9 key for Lenovo support, it shows that the laptop was purchased in Nigeria and therefore i have a Nigerian warraty. :-( So I am guessing it would be a nightmare if I have any warranty issues. Imagine sending my laptop to nigeria for repairs? Maybe it would work out fine, since I 'apparently' have many relatives and princes in Nigeria who are always sending me emails. ... show more

Sound would cut out and intermittently produce a static noise while viewing. Hoping the replacement is better. Also was missing the stylus pen…looks like it was ripped off the bottom of box when Amazon packaged it in a larger box for shipping. Not sure why it wouldn’t be on the inside of the box.

    • DONT LET WINDOWS UPGRADE TO ITS LATEST VERSION

Leaving off a star due to the fact that within 3 hours of use, Windows 11 pro forced an upgrade. After upgrade, my mapped network drives wouldn't connect. I had to do a lot of work and research to fix that, and then the start button wouldn't work. I kicked the upgrade and rebooted with the older version of Windows and everything is fine. But this isn't really a Lenovo issue I bought the 32-ram, 1tb ssd. It's super fast, but very lightweight in construction. Probably not upgradable as older laptops. Sealed clam shell with not access panels to drive or ram. Would like to have had a built-in card reader for photos, the $150 coupon made it a $350 purchase. ... show more
