I don’t know how it’s possible but this thing is absolutely mint condition and I saved a ridiculous amount of money on it. I priced out the exact same computer with the exact same specs and it came out to $3800 before taxes and shipping. The media could not be loaded. I am coming from a Legion 5 Gen 6 with a 3070, and thought this would just be a step change, but I am extremely impressed with it across every aspect. First off the value for money is unbeatable - you cannot get anything with a 5080 and this much power for less. But what really impressed me is everything else: - The screen is AMAZING. Crisp, bright, deep blacks, it’s perfect. The gloss screen coating is annoying in some environments, but it’s worth it. - One big and pleasant surprise was the battery life – it's WAY better than my previous Legion (which I upgraded the battery on and still didn’t help much) - Chassis is stiff and rigid; it doesn't creak or pop when you open or move it. - RGB lighting is super cool looking and infinitely configurable. - Fans are powerful yet quieter than anything else I've used. Yes, the ports are on the side, but the massive exhausts on the back of it are why it’s so quiet and cool running. They look just like the exhaust tips of a Lamborghini Revuelto, with RGB lighting surrounds. It’s extremely fast, as you would expect from these hardware specs. It will run any game I throw at it with everything maxed out. This is absolutely a desktop replacement tier system.
