    • First item I've ever returned after 25 years of using Amazon
I received the computer from a third party seller (who was EXCELLENT and extremely helpful), and set it up, turned it on, linked some accounts. It had a beautiful screen, felt solid. After perhaps an hour, I shut it down to do some work. A few hours later I moved it into another room to do more setup. I didn't bring the OEM power brick (which is large), and instead plugged it in through an Anker 140W power brick to the USB-C slot designated on the side for power delivery. Tried to turn it on and it was completely dead - no screen, no lights, no result of any kind when I hit the power button. Tried again with the OEM power brick, unplugged, different USB-C chargers - nothing. Tried the power drain reset procedures recommended by Lenovo; no effect. I returned it to the reseller, who was wonderful about giving a refund. But this is the first time I've ever had to return something on Amazon in 25 years of using the platform.
