Man,this laptop looks sick!!! I was not expecting it to look so nice and work so well. My 1 yr old laptop the charger burned up and I needed a laptop mean while I get my burned one fixed. I used to think may last laptop was fast, I can multitask and it won't slow down, the only thing my last laptop had a wifi 6e and I could get 2500 mbps speeds and 5000 using rj45. This one has wifi 7 but is good on speeds but not as fast and my older LP. My other LP has and OLED screen as well 2.5k like this one but this Legion screen blows it away in every way except wifi speeds. I have a wifi 7 router connected to fiber 10 gigs up and down.I never have issues when I run flight simulator to practice before going to the field.I did message this company with a few questions I had and they always replied fast and were nice and helpful. What I love is that they over nighted my laptop and received it on friday and it was double boxed. I had seen some bad reviews but you never know how a company is until you give them a chance.If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. For reference, I have the “i7” model with 32gb ddr5 ram, RTX3060, 1tb m2 SSD, and it plays Star Citizen (an absolute resource hog) at 60fps in heavily populated areas… it handles every AAA title, video editing, anything you can throw at it. Love this product especially for the price, I am very happy with it overall. After updating everything I went straight into gaming averaging around 200-220 FPS on ultra graphics. This laptop worked great for the few weeks that I had it. Then one day it didn't power on or show any signs of life at all. Went through all the trouble shooting with Lenovo to no avail. I'd love to be able to give this laptop five stars, but I can't. Sorry. No reflection on the seller though. They have been too notch so far. Update 12/18/24: I have returned the laptop. They have received the laptop. I have heard nothing from them, not even an acknowledgement that they have received the item. Return paperwork says contact them via email but there is no email address. Try to reach them through Amazon and only get that scrappy AI "customer service" thing. Also, weirdly, I purchased the computer from IST Computers, but the return goes to a different company DuoDuo. Stranger and stranger. Update 12/23/24: They have had the computer back for six days with no refund or communication. They don't respond. They have both the computer and my money. So, I've had to contact my bank to start charge back procedures. It appears that my final update did not get posted, so here it is. I was contacted by the company after posting the 12/23/2024 update and contacting my bank. The email explained that it takes time to check the returned item for refund. I reminded them that they'd had the laptop for almost a week, and the issue is it will mit power on. Press the power button and see. The refund was issued shortly after that and Amazon notified me of it on 12/24/2024. ... show more

Got exactly what I wanted when I wanted a new laptop. I'm not a fan of the Microsoft Copilot button replacing the right control key, it is a key I use often but the other aspects of the device are very good. I love the screen and how good the colors look. I don't game very often on my laptop since I have a desktop but it has performed well with video editing. The spacebar on the machine also isn't my favorite with the way I type, I often will double spacebar click or get no spacebar click with the way I press when I'm typing when I don't have this issue with any other laptop I've used recently. ... show more

I bought this expecting at least 4.8 Ghz but when checking my Systems Information, I wasn't given the 4800MHz advertised but I got 2.1 Ghz, or, 2100 Mhz, half of what was promised. Despite it being a good computer overall, I'm giving this a 2 stars. You can check by doing the following: Windows Key -> Type "System Information" -> look for "Processor" -> You'd see what you have under "Mhz".
