Love this product especially for the price, I am very happy with it overall. After updating everything I went straight into gaming averaging around 200-220 FPS on ultra graphics. It will take some time getting used to having the number panel on the right side of the keyboard(typing wise) but that is nothing to knock the laptop about.

This laptop worked great for the few weeks that I had it. Then one day it didn't power on or show any signs of life at all. Went through all the trouble shooting with Lenovo to no avail. I'd love to be able to give this laptop five stars, but I can't. Sorry. No reflection on the seller though. They have been too notch so far. Update 12/18/24: I have returned the laptop. They have received the laptop. I have heard nothing from them, not even an acknowledgement that they have received the item. Return paperwork says contact them via email but there is no email address. Try to reach them through Amazon and only get that scrappy AI "customer service" thing. Also, weirdly, I purchased the computer from IST Computers, but the return goes to a different company DuoDuo. Stranger and stranger. Update 12/23/24: They have had the computer back for six days with no refund or communication. They don't respond. They have both the computer and my money. So, I've had to contact my bank to start charge back procedures. It appears that my final update did not get posted, so here it is. I was contacted by the company after posting the 12/23/2024 update and contacting my bank. The email explained that it takes time to check the returned item for refund. I reminded them that they'd had the laptop for almost a week, and the issue is it will mit power on. Press the power button and see. The refund was issued shortly after that and Amazon notified me of it on 12/24/2024.

I bought this expecting at least 4.8 Ghz but when checking my Systems Information, I wasn't given the 4800MHz advertised but I got 2.1 Ghz, or, 2100 Mhz, half of what was promised. Despite it being a good computer overall, I'm giving this a 2 stars. You can check by doing the following: Windows Key -> Type "System Information" -> look for "Processor" -> You'd see what you have under "Mhz". Or, go to Settings -> System -> Scroll down and select "About".
