This laptop fits all my needs and more.

  • Bought this laptop in June and have had to send it to Lenovo three times for repairs
This is an absolutely terrible laptop and I am extremely disappointed in Lenovo. I got this laptop in June, used it for a week before realizing the headphone jack and USB slots didn't work. I sent it to Lenovo, they sent it back a week later repaired. A week after that, it shut down on me with no warning or user error. I called Lenovo, again mailed it to their service center. The service center had my laptop FOR SIX WEEKS before they mailed it back to me with a note that said they were unable to repair the issue and offered NO refund and NO alternative. I called a manager at Lenovo, they offered to send a technician out to fix it. The technican came to my apartment to fix it and: 1) Mentioned that the laptop looked like it had been dropped at the repair center and was now damanged 2) Fixed the laptop black screen of death but LEFT IT WITH A BATTERY PROBLEM. Now, when I unplug the laptop from the charger, it immediately dies. Don't buy this laptop and don't buy Lenovo. ... show more

  • Six months in, still going strong!
I should be writing an email instead of this but I got distracted lol. I bought this model laptop around six months ago because my last one was six years old (and used), so anything would be better than that. Settled on this one after much thought and I have to say, I'm not disappointed. The only real gripe I have is that there's only two USB ports and that can make for some mildly annoying shuffling around of chargers and what have you. But that being said, I knew that when I bought it so I can't fault Lenovo. The laptop handles games rather well, assuming you are a casual gamer who doesn't really play the best of the best, recently released games such as myself. I think the most demanding title I've done is Horizon: Zero Dawn. If I HAD to say my complaints about it, I would probably mention how the two options for the backlit keyboard really don't look different, and that the battery is not long-lasting when doing games. But all in all, I think I got exactly what I paid for. ... show more

  • 1000% not worth it
RAM Size: 32.0 GB Hard Disk Size: 1 TB
I haven't had time to see what I can and can't do on it, but on low brightness and no noise a full battery lasted me about an hour and a half on OSRS. I didn't buy a laptop because I'd be doing most my of gaming on it anyway so I can look past that. But if you want something to play games on this IS NOT a product for you. You'll need to make sure it's plugged up 24/7 just to keep it running and at that point why don't you just get a PC? Update November 25th: I've only had this thing a couple of months. I recently bought Monster Hunter Rise to play on it. A game which isn't very demanding AT ALL due to it's nature of being made for garbage hardware on the Nintendo Switch. I don't know how, but this thing can only last maybe up to 3 hunts if you're fast. It's not uncommon for this thing to only last about 30 minutes. Any longer than that and the battery goes dead. If you want something you can use for play sessions lasting longer than that, buy something else. The "Lasts up to 8 hours" is if you let it idle the entire day away. Even Youtube videos stress this poor thing out. ... show more

  • The battery is absolutely awful
RAM Size: 16.0 GB Hard Disk Size: 512 GB
It's advertised as 10 hours but watching videos for 30 minutes killed the battery
