I got this as a gift for a someone in 2022 and now i is messing up in 2024. I cant tell what they themself did to it but i can say it played games well and small animation programs. So if your looking for that this is your laptop.

The notebook is as described and seems to work well so far. Only bit that was a little misleading was the stylus, since the image showed it with the stylus and only in the Q&A section was it clear (to me) the stylus was not included (though the notebook does support an active stylus).

I bought the laptop just before moving to Kenya. The device served me well with little to no issues at all. The fan however got noisy even when running light programs. However, about 4 weeks ago the screen blacked out. This was despite lack of any mechanical damages. I took it to the Lenovo Service Centre in Nairobi and they told me that it needs a motherboard replacement. The invoice came at a staggering 75,400 Kenyan Shilling which translates to approximately US $700+ (almost equivalent of buying another unit). Lenovo is also claiming that the model is meant for North America and therefore the warranty cover doesn't apply in Africa. I'm now left with three options: Fly back to America ($1500+), Pay from my pocket or just let the laptop die in peace. I'm currently researching to see if the problem is consistent with the model ... show more

I haven't even had this product for a month and I've already have many problems with it. The wifi adapter has stopped working many times and the worked the next morning. Right now the damn laptop won't even charge anymore. It's not the charger's problem since it works with my other devices so it has to be the laptop's problem. I would not recommend buying this product. It does not work properly. I have not been able to get camera or microphone working for any of my classes. Also, the mouse will sometimes not work and you have to restart it constantly. The battery life is very poor and I have to charge it every couple of hours. Don't upgrade the BIOS ! Don't upgrade the BIOS ! Don't upgrade the BIOS ! After upgrade the BIOS, you will not able to save any BIOS changes afterwards even you change the date! Bug: Failed to save storage:oil setup. Status: buffer too small.

Summary: - Most specs are great for the as t price tag - VRAM is restricted to 512M (non-adjustable) - no advanced bios setup available An almost good-deal powerful spec 2-in-1 laptop castrated by 512M non-adjustable VRAM (while you still have 15.5GB of ram for your system) This is my reason for one star... I bought this 2 in 1 knowing that it is a 8-core & with adequate integrated graphics for most of my Steam games. Although it does not have dp over USB C, but generally I thought I had a great deal with my beloved AMD CPU. Most of the things are good but I never realize the user CANNOT ADJUST THE VIDEO RAM (VRAM). You are stuck with 512M non-adjustable VRAM. My 2 in 1 has 16GB ram, more than enough for my every-day use, I have an 8-core powerful CPU, but I have a castrated iGPU with only 512M of RAM. This is really a big bumper.
