  • Wonderful buy!
Style: gaming
Super fast and responsive. McAfee was super easy to remove which is nice. Normally it's a process to get rid of it. I've been able to customize my laptop to how I want very easily. The keys are backlit, but you need to enable it by pushing fn and the spacebar at the same time. It is only white color. Lenovo falsely advertised a RGB backlit keyboard with product pictures, but that's not this seller's fault. This seller has been nothing but honest and transparent. Great laptop! ... show more

This computer runs games as well as consoles maybe even better and I haven't even started to upgrade the RAM or the SSD yet!

For the price it's pretty good. Just do a little research to see if this product right for your needs. Battery life and speakers aren't the best so keep charger handy and invest into a Bluetooth headset or additional speakers. Also to keep in mind you can only upgrade ram to 64 gg and nothing else can really be upgraded. ... show more

  • This computer is fast and responsive online
Style: gaming
I don't game at all, but wanted a computer that I could connect via the ethernet and was a fast online machine. This turns out to be excellent. Reasonably priced, and works well. I imagine it would be an excellent gaming machine. For me, it is an excellent online streaming and working on the internet machine. ... show more

Awesome laptop i bought thim for my wife who is a nurse and works from home. Very fast has internet cable port that helps a lot with zoom calls and would recommend not just for gaming.

I bought this laptop to run studio software and this thing loads up like lightning. Definitely the best bang for your buck.

  • Great laptop... except
Style: gaming
The laptop is a great size, big screen with good resolution. it's fast to boot up and loads everything quickly. The laptop even does well with my light gaming such as Roblox. THE PROBLEM: The laptop's battery life is not known to be well, and I didn't realize this when I bought it. It loses battery quickly, even on "battery-saving" mode it can only withstand google docs for 3-4ish hours until full battery loss. The games I play? gives me an estimate of 40 minutes on an almost full battery. ... show more

  • Issues almost immediately and BAD customer service
Style: gaming
I bought a laptop in September because I needed a functioning laptop for my classes and my internship. The camera started having issues in December. By issues I specifically mean the laptop gives me the error message saying that no camera is attached and it can’t find any camera despite having an internal one. However, this doesn’t happen all the time. The camera works perfectly fine 75% of the time. After multiple calls with lenovo support technicians (as it would of course be working when I tried to get this solved), it was finally not working for the technician either despite their many attempts at troubleshooting. I was told I would need to send my laptop in for service. This is extremely problematic for me as I do not have another working laptop that I can use for 2 weeks while my laptop is in for repair. Let me just emphasize that this laptop is only a few months old, and I should not be dealing with it breaking already. I called customer service back, told them about my work order, and asked if there was any way I could get the replacement part shipped to me instead so that I didn't have to be without my laptop for an extended amount of time. I was told no, but the technician told me I could bring it into a certified lenovo technician in-person to do the repair. This seemed like the perfect solution, so I made an appointment with the place I was told to go to (which was an hour drive each way) and waited in line for half an hour, just to be told "Oh, we can't do anything. We would just have to send it in from here but that would take 2 months instead of 2 weeks." He also told me that this is a problem he has seen many times, meaning this is an issue lenovo definitely knows about. I, understandably, was (and still am) incredibly irritated, so I called lenovo customer service again. The woman who answered my call tried to tell me that her colleague told me that I could bring it to be looked at in person, but that they couldn't repair it in person. That irritated me even more because that was not true. I specifically asked about that multiple times. I was then told my only option was to send it in, but that there was no way for me to have a temporary laptop sent to me despite 1: this being a new laptop that should not be broken in the first place and 2: there not being an option for in person repair. I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of my laptop and my customer service experience. I was lied to, plain and simple, and there is no excuse for that. ... show more
