I switched from a smaller chromebook to this one and was worried that it would be too big but i love the size now that i've gotten used to it. I also LOVE the touch screen. who would've thought?! i love the side key pad and i do both work and personal stuff on this laptop. I can do zoom meetings no problem and it is so sleek and the keypad is easy for me to type on. I've had it for 3 months now and I am sooooo happy

The camera,does not work. I could not understand the person(s) (I spoke with several) that were trying to help me. Since there are no replacements available at present we are stuck with a computer for virtual learning with no camera.

Shipped fast and packed well no damage. Got this for my Mom. All she needed was to check e-mail, view her accounts and play some games. Starts up fast and works great. Just had to re-train my mom on some things and she loves it. I thought the key board was back lit but is not. But that's Ok.

Not only do I use it for Zoom; it also has features for documents, spreadsheets, and slides. It prints easily to my wireless printer. The battery life is good. For me, it is perfect. So far so good. This is a switch from Mac for me. Seems like great value for the money but wish it came with more instructions. But works well for work which is what it is needed for. Good sound volume and really great picture quality. *Update: less than two weeks later, key fell off and now I can not get in touch with anyone at either Amazon or Lenovo to help. (after days of trying) Wish I would have just stayed to Mac. *Update #2, over a week has gone buy, Amazon reps no help, Lenovo rep no help! I really miss my mac! *update 3: so over a month now, no response to my ticket from Lenovo and still Amazon no help. Have been using sound more and gotta say great for meetings not for movies. Update 4: here we are in October, still no help from amazon or Lenovo. It’s seriously just needs a new key, usually can buy online for $6 but this one they don’t sell yet. I even offered to pay for it and can’t get any help.

I have had several chromebooks over the years. My last one started not connecting to wifi after 4 perfect years of use. I decided to get this one in particular because it was a good price and it had a number pad, which my old one didn't. Set up was a breeze, as is typical of chromebooks. I was online in minutes. It has a touch screen which is responsive. It does not have a backlit keyboard, which is a bummer. The thing I don't like is how heavy this unit is. In my opinion chromebooks should be designed around portability. This one is something I really wouldn't feel like schleping to school or work regularly. It is that heavy. My old unit was smaller but accounting for that difference, this is still much heavier. The other issue i have is it is no where near as fast as my old one. With that one I would open it up and it would be ready to go immediately. This one is laggy. Even once you are on the internet it is slow. In summary, I wanted to like this chromebook but overall I would not recommend it.
