This laptop has worked great for me! I've had it a few months and have had no issues. It allows me to do all my work as a teacher, and I can play the sims on here with no problems! Love it, would buy again. Only complaint is doesn't hold a charge for that long, but it hasn't been an issue.

The laptop is thin and lightweight making it good for taking on the road. It is responsive checking email, browsing the web and video calls. Have not tried anything more taxing but it does what I need. The touch screen responds well to the touch if you decide not to use the touchpad. The battery life seems to be good but it is brand new so we will have to see how it is after some time. The laptop comes with 512gb of storage so plan on cloud storage or an external hard drive if you have a lot of files. All in all a good value for the money. I like the computer as it does what I need, which really isn't much. I didn't need a high end computer as I don't play games at all. I only gave it four stars because the battery life is poor. I can barely get three hours of life out of it on a charge, and I would expect more from a new computer. The screen and audio quality are good and it is responsive. I had to have someone set it up for me because that was way over my head technically. I could not figure out how to transfer the files from my onld computer. I love this laptop! I finally bought a new one after trying to use my slow AF 9-year old Dell became frustrating. I'm so happy with this choice. It's fast, has a ton of storage (I have 10,000k+ photos) and boots right up. I'm no techie so take this as coming from a regular person who utilizes it for photo editing, general internet use, and now I'm hooked on the Spider Solitaire that was included, too, haha. I've created a few personal spreadsheets and used Word a few times so far, and it's light years faster than what I was used to. All great, nothing bad to say about this computer. I got this laptop back in 2/25.After 6 monthes there was a problem and it stoped working.I sent it in to Lenovo and I was told by them that it isint a 100% Lenovo loptop,since changes were done by someone else. that wasint them. In other words, I paid for a 100% lenovo laptop and I recived somthing that is less then 100%. I was in contact with Amazon that were in contact with the seler but he wantd me to send it in to him in ordercthatche should fix it and not Lenovo. I wanted Lenovo to be bhind that laptop and not anyone else that I have no idia who he is,but I do know that he sold me somthing that isint 100% Lenovo,without saying so and that he did not want to pay the 154 $ foe fixibg it.Just have that in mind if you think of buying from them. ... show more
