Just a heads up the BIOS needs to be manually updated or your computer will overheat if it goes into sleep mode plugged in. For some reason it doesn't automatically update. Also, it can run pretty warm because of the turbo charge feature. You'll need to search on how to turn off the turbocharge feature if you don't like how warm it gets. If you're like me and keep your computer plugged in all the time, you won't need the turbo charge. After these changes the computer is very cool. There is no keyboard backlight. If you don't work in the dark, that's not a problem. Touch screen works great. Nice computer for the money! ... show more

I love this computer sm, the touchscreen works well and it’s able to run my games shown on the screen. If anyone has trouble using the backlit keyboard just press fn and the space bar at the same time and it will turn on! my only complaint is the battery life, it’s not horrible but definitely not the best. ... show more

This is the slowest laptop I’ve ever used it frequently lags and freezes and heats up way too easily not only that but the keyboard isn’t even backlit as pictured and in order to sync your phone and messages to the laptop as pictured in the first slide you must have an android unless they’ll ask you to pay. ... show more

    • This is a very tough 2 in 1 notebook

I picked this up on sale from amazon for $360. But I didnt know I was getting a deprecated model without he backlit keyboard.... Anywho, this is a basic laptop with basic qualities for a low end price. That being said, its a tough laptop. I left it in a book bag and it got doused with mouthwash. After a week it came back to life. 6 months later I was trying to charge an Anker travel battery pack via the USB-C port and the laptop lost its mind and just stopped turning on. 2 weeks later it came back to life. It was 100% nuts because it was as if the laptop just went to sleep and woke up like snow white or something. But I'm not recommending this laptop unless it has an AMD chip in it. They run so much cooler. Its important for a 2 in 1 laptop to run cool and quiet. Even if you put it in energy/battery saver mode and clock limit CPU cores the fan will turn on if you do ANYTHING to include navigating the start menu. Its not that the I3 1215u is a bad CPU or that intel sucks. Its just that the equivalent AMD CPUs running cooler and are still more powerful in general. All that being said, the laptop is robust yet thin and got the job done until I thought it was broken and picked up an HP envy 360 on sale at Best buy. ... show more
