I’m leaving my original review as it is but am adding to it. No sooner than I sent in my review, I started having issues with the laptop. I had been working on a project, and saw a notification that the computer needed to restart to install updates. No big deal. Well, when it restarted, it gave me error messages that it could not log me in to my Microsoft account, and it will not even open Edge, and I can’t seem to install another browser either. Basically can’t do anything at all. I contacted Amazon customer service, who directed me to contact the seller. I am now waiting on seller to respond (I’ve been waiting over 24hrs for a response now) and I’m getting more and more irritated with each hour that I don’t get a response. I hope they see this, and I hope it lights a fire under their butts to respond. I’m missing out on income due to this issue, which I won’t be able to recoup. So far I’ve missed out on about $300, which may not sound like much, but it is when you don’t have any help! Anyway, I digress. SELLER: please get this fixed! I’m so glad I waited for a good deal on one of these to come around! So far, this laptop is everything I had hoped for and more. I absolutely love being able to turn it into a tablet simply by folding the screen back and not having to do anything else! I’ve seen reviews saying that the display isn’t very good, but I think maybe it was a different model or something because this one is really good. I love that the keys are a little bigger than what’s on most laptops. The only thing is I’m having trouble remembering that it doesn’t have a numerical keypad. Muscle memory is a booger, am I right? I’m very, very pleased with this laptop; pretty sure that it was a steal considering all the tech specs it has. ... show more

This has been a fantastic computer so far! What I love: Touchscreen is awesome and so much more convenient than a mouse! Size is perfect to sit in my lap or put on table Picture clarity is outstanding Stereo speakers sound great- never expected such good sound from a laptop! Keyboard is just the right size What is not advertised, is this is the new Ideapad Flex 5. Thought it might be but isn’t in the listing. So glad. Camera works perfect for zoom. What I dislike (which has nothing to do with the manufacturer: Do not like Windows 11 not user friendly Hate the pop up’s from Microsoft - will find how to get rid of. A little bit sluggish when it first wakes up. I’ve had many laptops over the years and typically needed big ones due to Engineering work I did. But this little guy is badass. I was very impressed! And I can find no signs of previous use whatsoever! I would buy it again if need be! Update after a month of daily use: Still absolutely love this little guy. Once you get used to the touch screen, you’ll never want to go back to a mouse. I used it every day, morning noon and night, because I am laid up for medical reasons and have no regrets on this purchase. Will keep ya posted if anything changes. I have noticed the battery gets quite warm when plugged, but hopefully not an issue. I have not yet run out of juice even after hours of movies. ... show more

I recently purchased a Lenovo 2023 Convertible 2-in-1 Laptop, 14" with high hopes of finding a reliable and efficient device to fulfill my computing needs. However, my experience with this particular laptop has been extremely disappointing, to say the least. Initially, when I first turned on the laptop, everything seemed fine. There was no obvious damage, and it appeared to be an excellent device. However, just 24 hours later, I started encountering numerous issues. The laptop began freezing and crashing frequently, displaying error messages about something going wrong and requiring a password reset. Despite multiple restarts, the laptop became completely unresponsive, rendering it useless. It was as if I had purchased nothing more than a brick. In an effort to resolve these issues and explore my options, I contacted Amazon customer support. I must commend them for being helpful and providing precise instructions and guidance, suggesting that I contact the seller for a return. Following their advice, after 7 days, I initiated a return with Amazon to cancel my original order. Unfortunately, the frustrating experience didn't end there. Upon receiving the return label from Amazon, I encountered an unexpected bill shock. The Australian Post Office refused to accept the prepaid label provided by Amazon, forcing me to pay an additional $100 for return postage, tracking, and insurance independently. This added expenditure was certainly an unwelcome surprise. At present, I am left without a laptop as it is in transit back to the US, and I am out of pocket for both the original postage cost of US $67 and the return postage cost of AU $100. Considering the total expenses incurred, including the original purchase and the return costs, I realized that it would have been cheaper to buy the same laptop brand new in Australia. Given the flaws and challenges I experienced with this refurbished laptop, I strongly advise against investing in this particular model. The inconveniences and financial implications far outweigh any potential benefits it may offer. ... show more
