    • ordered 3... 1 did not have major defects that had to be repaired.
1 came in with the hard disk not plugged in inside, 1 came with the drivers for the camera not installed correctly, and the other one no problems. All 3 were bought for Christmas presents, early... would not recommend if you do not have the knowledge on how to repair.

    • Whatever services, whatever input methods you have, this can handle it.
The picture, the color, the sound are all very good. Once you learn how to maneuver from one place to another you can do so quickly. I have had it 1 month. The main problem is on 2 or 3 occasions I get a blank screen saying that the station is "Not available." That may last a few minutes. Otherwise, it has all of the commonly used physical connection inputs and is set up for the most widely used services used today. Whether it is Prime, YouTube, or any of the many services that exist today,, it allows you to quickly move to that service.. I am hopeful that the break in service is only temporary. If it were not for that, I would give it 5 stars. ... show more
