This window cling is beautiful. It lets some sunlight in while protecting the privacy. It very easy installation makes it easy to use. Once I figured out there was a piece of plastic that needed to be removed before installing everything was a breeze. I only had one large window to cover and there was more than enough in this roll to do the job with leftover product for another project. Very good quality….

I LOVE IT! It came with a lot, I put it on my sunroof and it looks super cute. It feels super super durable. Installing it was pretty easy, would have been easier if I wasn’t trying to do it above my head. It’s pretty opaque, I can get sun light through it but I can’t really see anything through it. It functions like a window clean, it came with a spray bottle, I used my own though and used some soapy water, applied it to the window and the film, stuck it on, used my license to squeegee it out, then took a razor blade and trimmed it. It’s gorgeous and I do recommend!!

So I took away one star because it will NEVER look like what's pictured. The pictures I posted show full sun on them and with a bedroom light on. The only rainbow effect you'll ever get is with an inside light on. And while it's pretty...it's not nearly as intense as they portray. That being said...I got it specifically to be black out because I work 3rd shift. And it works very well. It was also the easiest privacy film I've ever worked with because it is thick and you can move it around even after you place it. Also, it came with a measuring tape, cutting tool, and rubber tool to squeegee out bubbles. Normally I hate extra tools and feel like they are unnecessary junk. But I actually found these tools to be useful (I am putting 3 different privacy films on all my windows so the tools came in very handy). So I would recommend as black out...but don't expect anything super pretty.

Finally had a really sunny day to see how this should look. It's very pretty. I put it at the top of several windows just for the rainbow effect. The bathroom I did top and bottom window. I can still see out through the day but you can't see in. Very easy to put up. I like that it's removable too.

This was super easy to install and it looks beautiful, especially when the sun is shining in and it reflects little rainbows in the room. But occasionally on very sunny hot days, there was a slight odor that is sort of a plastic smell. It took quite a while for that to go away, but then again it was placed in a Southwest facing window so it was in full sun all the time, and that only happened in summer. But have I mentioned the beautiful little rainbows in the room? Worth it!! Update: it is now over a year later and it turns out the smell never really went away, it was just dormant. Depending on temperature, weather and angle of the sun it may be unnoticeable for a long time, then one day it's super sunny and the angle of the sun is just right, and the smell comes back. I suppose maybe it's the material degrading over time, and that's why it releases that smell only occasionally? Removed a star, and I would not buy again.

I recommend getting this. It’s affordable and really great. The light coming through cast very pretty colors. I’ve had it up on my front door (1yr) and above my balcony (2yrs) and it never peeled or bubbled.
