    • Nice shed
So I ordered this shed taking all negative and positive comments into consideration. First the cons: the shed is super small. It’s supposed to be 5’X3’ but I’d swear it’s smaller. The walls and materials are super flimsy and you will definitely have to take added measures to secure it. I live in Texas with high winds and bad storms but I am confident it won’t be going anywhere. Pros: the shed was super easy to put together. I’ve only had experience putting IKEA furniture together and anyone who can do that should have no problem. It took me maybe 3 hours as I did it alone and a couple of times I had to seek more info on how to position a piece. Other than that the instructions were super simple. Majority of the holes lined up great but those that didn’t were decent enough where you could force it through without having to do any extra drilling. I left the plastic coating on the pieces which caused absolutely zero issues with construction and also kind of protects against some scratching. It does come with a floor which was 3 pieces of hard plastic. I built my own floor with wood and 2x4’s and attached it to the ground with 2’ trampoline stakes for secureness and added sturdiness and laid the plastic pieces on top of that for extra strength. I then nailed the plastic pieces into the solid wood. I also nailed long strong nails to the inside perimeter of the shed floor framing securely attaching it to the solid wood foundation. The shed comes with pieces to strengthen the walls as well. The shed is securely and firmly secured. Overall I’m very very satisfied and am thinking of buying a larger one to make into a she shed/backyard bar. ... show more

It's a good value - didn't cost too much and gets the job done. Wear gloves - there are some sharp edges. Do not overtighten screws if using drill or electric screwdriver to assemble. Some parts were bent slightly, but not enough to return it. When anchored to a platform it's sturdy. I recommend building a wooden platform to bolt it to. We used pressure treated wood for this. Layout your parts and inventory them. Then study the instructions on how it goes together. After you think you've got it figured out, take your time and it will go together very easily. The instructions are terrible to start. The roof holes do not align, it’s been a nightmare piecing it all together. And yes, you will shed blood. It is the flimsiest material, have of it bent when opening the box. I still thought what the hell, I’ve already bought it and need the storage. I bought 2. I will not be assembling the next one. The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller’s excellent customer service who sent me another shed, which I had within days. It was packed much better and arrived in perfect condition. Because of this I raised my review to 3 stars from 1. However, the instructions were still the same and holes do not match up. Arrived, banged up, dented and scratched. The instructions are very difficult to understand and to read. Also, the holes don’t match up, so you definitely need to get creative with putting it together on the instructions. It says it takes two people three hours to put together we’ve now been working on it for two days Because we’ve needed a break but it has taken over 10 hours and it’s still not completed. If I didn’t need it for an emergency situation I would’ve absolutely returned it and gotten something else. ... show more
