I am writing this review after owning the toilet for about 6 months. It's been fantastic until the plastic piece that connects to the high-pressure water line developed a crack and started leaking. I tried to fix it myself to no avail. I was dreading contacting support, but after looking online and seeing no replacement parts, that was my only choice. After the initial email I sent, I got a very kind and courteous reply back within 24 hours. They asked for a bit more info about the toilet and the problem I was having, and about a week later, I received a whole replacement seat! I was able to hook that back up and get back to business (haha). Thanks again for the fast and friendly support. Just FYI, It seems others are having a similar issue with that plastic peice cracking so it seems to be a poorly manufactured part. The new seat I received was still plastic but molded differently so I hope it's a bit stronger. If you have an issue, don't hesitate to reach out to support, they are great!

While my family is still skeptical about this contraption (especially my 12-year-old son), for me, it is a beautiful thing. A previous neighbor came by the other day, during a brief layover, and he saw our updated bathroom. He walked in, the toilet lid opened, and he screamed, "What type of exorcist junk is this?!" and ran out of the bathroom. My mother recently used it and asked, "Why does it not sing when it is done? Everything else in your house does." Which is true: microwave, washer, dryer, Rumba, dishwasher, and even our fridge. Maybe that's the ONE suggestion I have. Make it sing when it's done something successfully. It deserves it! It is making our lives easier.

Ordered this back in February and just now got around to getting it installed. A plumber we hired pointed out the crack in the picture attached and had concern about installing it. We were also going to have to move the water line over as well because the toilet sits too far back toward the wall and would t be able to access the valve. I first reached out to Amazon customer service who provided me with a email to contact the manufacturer. That email doesn’t appear to work. The company then message me through Amazon and offer to provide a partial or full refund. It was fairly frustrating, not knowing if we were going to reach the company to remedy our problem. The company itself through Amazon messaging also provided me with the same email address that did not work. While they did remedy our problem and provided us with a full refund, I think it’s sketchy not to have a customer service number or a working email address. I’m giving 4 stars because ultimately, they made things right.

The media could not be loaded. I am so excited for this smart toilet! bidet is very common in Asia, but it just recently started to hit the states. I used bidets in Asia before so can’t wait for my next remodel and replace all the toilets in the house with smart toilets. I did some research, read all the reviews, and contacted the customer service in the brands that I was interested to test if customer service is responsive. I decided to go with this one! I cannot be happier with my choice. I ordered 3 from them, my contractor had no issues installing them. All the functions are very accurate. Flushing power is strong. The look of the toilet is sleek. I highly recommend this smart toilets!

The toilet is very well built and works perfectly, including flushing, light, seat temperature. Overall highly recommend the brand- worth every penny we spent. Had some technical questions and had to contact their customer service. The customer service was excellent! Buy with confidence!
