Instructions are well done. The bidet does have some nice features. The seat is comfortable and the lid closure is soft. The heat feature works well and the bidet seems to be well made. The down side is the water flow. The duration is good though the flow itself is not as good as expected. Thus the reason for the 3 stars. I would not buy again. Update: 03/31/26 I received an unsolicited email from the Seller regarding the unit I first received that didn't seem to work properly. The Seller offered to send me a replacement unit. I received the replacement yesterday, and installed it today. I am pleased to say that the new unit and features works extreamly well! I have changed my review to 5 stars for the unit. I will also give the Seller a 5 star rating for their excellent customer service.

Very easy to install took me about 15 minutes max he did seat is a nice touch. It has a blue light that turns on when it’s dark so you can see the toilet without having to turn on the light. It’s got many different positions modes temperatures for the bidet system. After using it makes me feel clean and I only have to use half the amount of toilet paper now I highly recommend getting one of these.

I originally bought this for my husband thinking of his colonoscopies but knew I wanted one after the great toilet paper fiasco of 2020. When we moved to the new house and it had an outlet near the toilet, I knew the time had come to make my purchase. After researching many bidets, I decided to go with the Leivi B011. It has great features for a great price. It is a comfortable seat that is sturdy. I love the controls on the side and the remote that has all the features. The remote sticks by magnet, so there is no dropping it because it doesn't click into place properly. I have it positioned so I don't even need to take it off the wall, but if I do, the magnet secures it into place easily. The features I love, are the adjustments to the water flow, position, intensity, temperature, and movement. It has a dryer fan and a deodorizer fan. It has a seat warmer that I will appreciate even more as we get into the cooler months! The seat lid has a slow close feature, so no slamming it down. It has a nightlight which is quite bright. I am glad for the nightlight but it is rather bright. It is blue so can be a little shocking to the eyes at 3AM. A red light would be easier on the eyes or just being able to tone it down, but I'd rather have the bright blue nightlight than none at all! The bidet was very easy to install. After all the researching on installation, I bought additional seat bumpers and adapters. I didn't need any additional equipment or better adapters, so that was a waste of money. Everything Leivi sent was the correct size. The bidet is easy to clean, has a quick release feature which makes getting behind and under the bidet a breeze. Customer service has been excellent! I had an issue with the initial delivery and another issue a couple of months later. They responded quickly and exceeded my expectations in resolving the issues. I have had this bidet for half a year now and would happily buy it again for a different bathroom.

Update: Customer service reached out after my review and helped troubleshoot some of the issues and offered to let me test their new model when it comes out. Very please with the quality of customer service, so giving it an additional star. I've been using this for 3 months now and If it were cheaper I woild give it a higher rating but for almost $300 there should not be so many cons. Cons: - The lid does not stay up on its own. - The heating of the seat is inconsistent. Sometimes its the perfect temp when you sit, sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold. - Same issue as above but with the water temp - The water pressure is crazy and actually HURTS if you go above the middle option. Its a jet rather than a gentle stream. Highest option actually made me bleed a little. - No memory so you have to adjust the settings each time - The adhesive used to stick the remote holder to a surface doesn't work because the back isn't flat. So mine fell off after about 3 weeks. Luckily I have a metap shelf behind my toliet so I just stick it to that - Personally I feel like the fan doesn't really do much and the warm air + poo = stinky - The seat is angled from the back so its a little uncomfortable at first but you get used to it. Pros: - Controls are straightforward - Easy to install - Love that it has its own water heater so no connection to the sink needed - Easy to clean - Remote + controls on the seat - It cleans well (too well sometimes - read above)

Editing to add a 1.5 year update: It has been life changing! Bidet is still going strong. We have had no issues. Still highly recommend. Original review: This bidet is pretty great once installed. All features work as described although the fan is not very strong so you likely still need some amount of TP to dry off. The installation instructions were not great and it was obviously an issue because it came with a supplemental instruction sheet that was helpful but still not entirely complete. It took me about 2 hours to install but I'm sure I could do the next one in 30 min so here are some tips or clarifications vs other reviews: Despite what others mention here I did NOT need to buy a different T-piece adapter - there are 2 sizes supplied 7/8" and 3/8" and the bigger worked on my water line from the wall to toilet. (I live in US). The labels in the supplement and main instructions for the mounting plate differ with respect to the "approach" but basically the top mount approach uses the plastic expansion nuts inserted in the holes in toilet and no nuts from the underside whereas with the standard installation/bottom fix approach you are just using the screws w/ mounting plate and anchoring with the washer and nuts from underneath to secure. Since the expansion nuts did not fit in the holes in my toilet I use the standard installation/fix from bottom approach which makes it a bit more difficult to adjust the toilet to make it straight and tighten but it can be done. Easier if you have 2 ppl but I still did it alone. Use of the supplied plumbing tape is not mentioned in the instructions but should be used for any of the plumbing lines you screw together to help avoid leaks. Check that the washers are in the hoses before you screw the plumbing hoses together and try not to flip the hose that attaches to the bidet if at all possible as it has a filter on one side that prevents junk from getting into the bidet. There is an EXTRA spray head provided but no mention that this is an extra so don't worry if you have an extra piece you don't know if you should install. It's supplied in case the first one wears out which is nice. Wall mount sticky tape provided for the remote is very sticky so you should not have to drill to mount as long as you put the tape on the correct spot on the back of the magnetic mount. Good luck! So far have been using for 6 weeks and love this purchase!

What a pleasure this product is, and the team behind it as well. Super simple to install, with thorough directions and handy adapters to fit any setup (which were not needed, but nice to see), it's clear that attention was paid to detail with this product. The look is pure luxury, and the use of the seat is more than I could have expected in every aspect. I can adjust the stream, style, and temperature of the clean in two ways (remote and seat itself), as well as the style of air to dry, and the heat of the seat itself. I had a small inquiry to the company, and they could not have been friendlier, and more accommodating -- punctual, knowledgeable, and understanding to my needs 100%. I will definitely be looking to this brand whenever I have an update to make to my bathroom in the future.

This is a godsend! Originally we received this bidet last June (2024) as a gift and it's been wonderful. We did have an issue with it recently when it stopped recognizing when a person sat down but LEIVE support responded the same day and helped remedy the situation quickly. They determined the seat sensor was bad and replaced the entire unit with a brand new bidet. LEIVE support was very responsive and they simply asked me to try a couple of things before deciding to just replace the whole bidet. I usually cringe when I am forced to contact support but LEIVE was wonderful. Also, the bidet was very easy to install and included all the necessary parts, fittings, tools and plumbing pieces needed. I'm amazed at how the mechanical, electrical and plumbing all work so well together - and so quietly. Cleaning is really easy because the whole bidet just slides off the toilet with one release button. The water pressure and temperature are both adjustable with the remote, along with other bidet functions and that's really cool. My wife and I both love this bidet and would definitely buy it again. So here is what I think. It is ok for my first one, but I will not order another one of this brand or style and here's why.... 1.) The bidet remote does not save your settings, so every time you use it you have to maneuver it to be where you want it. 2.) The seat warmer works, but mine, the seat gets too hot. or not really on at all... there is no happy medium. 3.) Night light stays on 24/7 because my bathroom is naturally dark (No windows) so it is annoying to see the blue glow when I pass by it during the day. 4.) The water is ALWAYS cold at first, then it warms up to the temp, and then goes cold again. it is not constantly warm. 5.) When you use the swing choice or the Massage choice (which it feels like a squirt gun on your bum) you cannot turn it off unless you turn the whole thing off and then restart it. 6.) the god awful squeaking of the plastic when you sit down on it and or move on it. 7.) Sometimes when you shift your weight or move to lets say reach the toilet paper, it turns off on you. So you cannot lets say get the toilet paper ready until you are done using the bidet. It took me an hour to figure out how to assemble and hook it up because the instructions seemed lacking. But I did manage to figure it out, and I'm not sure it is worth the hassle of taring it apart and going through the hassle of having to take it to FedEx to return it. So that's why I said it is ok for my first one. Update: I have had this close to a month now. I have used it multiple times a day, I still stand by the reasons why I dislike this particular one, but I am presuming that's why you get what you pay for. Not that this one is horrible, it just has some flaws in my opinion. Customer service did reach out to me several times to make amends for these flaws, and I did agree to update my review, so I am giving it one more star for durability as it is still working. I will update once more to let you know the life span of this item.
