This is a godsend! Originally we received this bidet last June (2024) as a gift and it's been wonderful. We did have an issue with it recently when it stopped recognizing when a person sat down but LEIVE support responded the same day and helped remedy the situation quickly. They determined the seat sensor was bad and replaced the entire unit with a brand new bidet. LEIVE support was very responsive and they simply asked me to try a couple of things before deciding to just replace the whole bidet. I usually cringe when I am forced to contact support but LEIVE was wonderful. Also, the bidet was very easy to install and included all the necessary parts, fittings, tools and plumbing pieces needed. I'm amazed at how the mechanical, electrical and plumbing all work so well together - and so quietly. Cleaning is really easy because the whole bidet just slides off the toilet with one release button. The water pressure and temperature are both adjustable with the remote, along with other bidet functions and that's really cool. My wife and I both love this bidet and would definitely buy it again. Great purchase! My hands and arms haven't been working properly for months so using the bathroom was a problem. Post surgery I needed a caregiver to take care of my hygiene. Now that my husband installed this bidet I am quite happy. He said that it was easy to install. Working the controls is easy. My bathroom hygiene is back to normal and I am happy! This is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time! Well worth the money.

Let me start off by saying that I LOVE this product. I will never go back to a regular toilet seat and it feels offensive to go to the bathroom in public now. Pros: Install was relatively straightforward and came with everything I needed for my set up It self cleans before every use Heated seat function is lovely Remote is easy to use Bidet function is effective and comfortable Sturdy. It doesn’t move after install. Cons: Okay so I am going to be extra nitpicky because there are some small quirks that I’m not in love with. I’ll start out with the biggest one: the night light. It’s like staring into the sun in the middle of the night (exaggerated a bit but not really). There’s no way to disable this or even turn the brightness down. I’m a woman so it’s bearable but my partner hates this and I really don’t blame him. The seat is also awkward to lift up and use the toilet as a man. I know my partner personally isn’t a fan of that either but I can’t really speak much to that. Sometimes the bidet function is buggy. I’ll turn it on and it’ll start the cleaning process then stop completely. I haven’t had an issue where it wouldn’t work entirely so this is a minor inconvenience at best. It does shoot out colder water for about a second before the temperature fully adjusts. It’s not uncomfortable but extending the self cleaning for another second or two would fix this issue. My partner does not appreciate the heated seat lol. He thinks it’s too warm and there’s really no way to disable this so tough luck if you don’t like a warm butt ;) That’s it! I’m going to be searching for a solution for the light because that’s my biggest issue with it. I’m thinking maybe some type of tape over it to dim it could be the answer. Otherwise, this is probably one of my favorite “luxury” investments

This is a solid purchase in every way. The device does everything advertised, exceptionally well. A first rate product at a very reasonable price. My kit was missing one small part; I emailed the company and got a very helpful response the same day and the part was shipped immediately. I bought this the end of August but waited until I used it for a while before reviewing. I love it. The remote is simple to use and there are also controls on the side. Waking up in the middle of the night and sitting on a warm potty is wonderful. The spray is strong enough to clean well, and I love the dryer part. It does take a little bit of time to dry, but it is worth it. We installed this in the bathroom downstairs, and I will be getting another for the bathroom upstairs. I had a friend install it but was very easy to install. Everything fit. You need to have a plug by the toilet for this to work.
