I ordered this to use more for a protector for my mattress and memory foam pad than I did for comfort. I would have preferred a cover that was truly 100% cotton, including cotton filling. But those covers are very expensive. At least this has a cotton surface. But WOW. So comfortable. Just the right amount of cushion over my 3" memory foam pad. Fits great, but I already had deep fit sheets. You can find JUST the deep fit fitted sheets here on Amazon, very reasonablely priced. I'm sure I'll have to launder this at the laundrymat, but I don't mind. My bed is normally quite cold when I first get in bed but this pad made it less cold. I was afraid I would end up sweating but haven't! Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased the dark gray to go under my gray grounding sheet. So far so good (have had on bed for 2 nights). It’s perfect for my king size sleep number bed! Fits PERFECT! Stays in place and is quite comfy. I’m not a fan of the quilted part showing through the sheets but it’s fine. lol the price is very reasonable. Considering getting one for our queen size guest bed.

Let me preface this review by saying that I spent a few nights with the mattress topper before writing my review, so that my review could be accurate. After moving across the country, one of the biggest (and most unexpected) adjustments was to our new mattress. It was too firm for my liking, and I could feel the pressure on my hips & shoulders. Thus, I turned to Amazon for a quick fix! When I received the product, it was packed snuggly in a vacuum seal bag. I let it “puff up” for about 24 hours, then manually fluffed it. The mattress topper was a breeze to put on my mattress. I was able to do it myself in about 5 minutes. It fits our queen size perfectly. I was pleased to see that the elastic bands around the side have very generous pockets. My husband tosses in his sleep, which often times pulls the fitted sheet off. Not with the mattress topper though! I will say, however, be sure that your fitted sheets can accommodate the extra height added by the topper. The mattress topper has made our bed more comfortable & I feel that my slumbers have been better since purchasing it. It may not be plush enough if you have an extra firm mattress, but it adds just enough “fluff” to make our memory foam mattress feel like a cloud. My only comment regarding the mattress topper is its claim to have a cooling effect. While I wouldn’t say that it is cooling, I don’t think it makes me sleep any warmer than our gel top mattress. My husband sleeps like a furnace, but he hasn’t said that the topper makes him any warmer. Since we live in toasty California, we use a single fuzzy blanket on our bed & it keeps us cozy all night! I have yet to wash & dry the mattress topper, but it feels sturdy so I have no worries that it will be fine! To summarize, if you are searching for an affordable mattress topper to add a little “plush” to your mattress, I recommend this one! However, if you are specifically searching for a topper with a cooling effect, I may search elsewhere. Overall, this topper fit my needs & I love curling up on it each night.
