I didn't expect much with it being under $100. I was able to assemble it easily with the instructions, and honestly probably could have done it with out the instructions. It has adjustable heights to increase workout difficulty, which is nice as you progress or if you have more than one person using it. Its a good length to get a great ab workout in for me (who is 5'6") and my husband (who is 6'1"), which was something I was worried when I first ordered it, that it would be too short for a good workout. It also sturdy enough to hold me, at 185lbs without any sort of indication its struggling, and it isn't wobbly even when getting on and off of it. It fold up with just one easy to turn knob to be stored pretty much anywhere (closet, under bed/couch, against a wall and be out of the way), and is light enough that its easy to move even up and down stairs. The electronic counter is straightforward and intuitive to use, and the battery can be replaced easily without having to do more than remove the battery cover (no need to disassemble). And, though this is just for those who are esthetically picky, the colors are true to their pictures. Overall GREAT product! Highly recommend.

One star off because: (1) It is not clear how to reset the data screen. Instruction in the manual looks like direct Google translation from another language. (2) some parts got loosen after 2-3 days of use, but not vital parts (the spongy pads where you put your knees on therefore produces squeaky noise & the plastic cap on the foot contacting the ground), so its function still remains okay. FYI: I am petite 5'2 -105 lb. It supports my weight without problems. Also, I have been using this daily for less than a month, and I am not sure if it's effective in terms of training my abd muscle. It's easier to experience the instant effects with conventional pushups and burpees. I bought this only because my wrists were injured.

The media could not be loaded. Very simple set up you don’t really need the manual ,probably will need it just to go through the instruction as to how to reset the display monitor with the calories and stuff but i didn’t need to look at videos or like the diagram it’s self-explanatory by just looking at it ! so far I did feel the burning in my abdomen so you know it’s working.I noticed somewhere down in the review there someone that says this machine is not worth the price is definitely worth the price and it does not need to disassemble for you put it AWAY if you know what you’re doing you can without disassembling it you need to read the directions ,you need to have common sense and if you don’t get someone to help you ,look at the pictures clearly you can figure out how to put away next time instead of bashing people’s machine when you clearly don’t know what you’re doing and you’re over here putting negative reviews like grow up! UPDATED still going good got my confidence back,& my abs !!! Can’t say good things about this machine Second update it’s been a few month ordered this in November ,still going store I do 3 sets of 50 or 45 I started out not being able to do more than 3 it takes time and you need to change eating habits like cuttin pepper out you equation it will slow the progress DOWN!

It was very easy to assemble. It's easy to put away and bring back out. Only annoying thing about it is the long wire in the back but it doesn't get in the way of exercising. I used it a lot at first (I think it really was helping me lose weight) but I started slacking off with using it. However, its a great little machine especially when you don't have much room.

There’s nothing wrong with the machine itself. On the contrary, assembly was easy and the machine is easy to use. The thing is, it doesnt really have much diversity so you’re only hitting one part of your abdomen. If this is for a small space like an apartment it’s really not worth it unless you’re trying to add it to a space devoted with gym equipment. This is not multifunctional whatsoever.
