This is a cute little 4-foot Christmas tree and YES IT LOOKS LIKE A REAL TREE. It comes in three parts. You have your metal base, which is basically just two metal poles that make an X, and three thumb screws that you tighten down on the bottom pole. You have the bottom half of the tree and the top half of the tree. It comes with a pair of cotton gloves too, once you get your tree limbs folded down, fluffed out, and unflattened from being packed and shipped in a cardboard box, It looks really cute. It's got this white frosted fake snow covering about 75% of the tree, and yes, that white stuff does come off your gloves. I wouldn't say it sheds all over the floor, but when you handle it, it will stick to your cloth gloves, so I'd say it'll probably last five or six years if you don't handle it too much. It packs away in a box really easily; you can squish it down, and it's pretty compact. You'll need a decent Christmas tree skirt to hide the green bar mount base, but it's balanced; it doesn't want to fall over or anything. I think it's cute. I really couldn't capture the color of the tree for some reason, my camera was just not cooperating. It looks more like the product page picture, with the vibrant green limbs with the bright white fake snow; than it does in the picture that I posted. Sorry ... show more

This is a nice size Christmas tree for a small living room or apartment. Be careful the flocking does get everywhere. Once it’s moved but easy sweep up to clean sturdy tree comes with clear instructions very nice color if you’d like the frosted look for a Christmas tree.
