This LEGO Star Wars Dark Falcon set is an absolute blast and one of the most creative Star Wars builds I’ve seen in a long time. The concept alone makes it stand out, and once you start building, it gets even better. It feels fresh, fun, and just different enough from the usual Millennium Falcon-style sets to make it really exciting. The build itself is very enjoyable and easy to follow, with a lot of clever details throughout. It strikes a great balance between being engaging for kids and still feeling satisfying for adult fans and collectors. The finished ship looks awesome on display, with a darker, more unique design that really gives it shelf presence. The minifigures are another huge highlight. Having 6 included adds a lot of play value and makes the set feel even more complete and functional right out of the box. Unfortunately this lego set is not part of Lego's Star Wars "collector's series", but to be fair it's around 1500 pieces which is near where the Red-5 X-Wing came in. I was considering buying the collector's series Millennium Falcon, but just couldn't stomach the $900 price tag, so I went for this instead. Also, the newest Millennium Falcon (the 7000 piece one) is HUGE and you really have to have a place to put it. I don't have the space so I went for this one. I'm very happy with my purchase as both a Star Wars fan and a Lego fan. The idea of a "dark" millennium falcon is the selling factor for me, and the included characters are great and fit the theme perfectly. EDIT: The only issue I had with this build is that a couple of pieces were missing. I worked around it and it didn't break the build. I am kind of surprised that a Lego set has any pieces missing, but that's what happened. I still love the model and you can actually fit all of the Lego figurines inside the falcon. I am a huge star wars fan and Darth jar jar was reason enough for me to purchase the set but I also had a lot of fun building. It took me about 2 days but I was very excited so I worked on it a lot. Perfect display and sometimes I open or close the top. Easy to follow guide but I would recommend a container to sort pieces as the project progresses so you don't lose any of the smaller pieces. ... show more

Fantastic Lego set for the price. My son and I had a great time building this. The unique mini figures are a nice edition. There were no missing parts. It is such a great set that gives hours of playtime. Darth Jar Jar and Jedi Vader are so cool!
