very good mini figures and PRETTY close on a fair asking price. Should be $55, but it probably will be $55 here on Amazon before long. It’s worth it to build a small custom stand with 8-10 random pieces to display it in “flight mode” since Lego did not include this sort of obvious additional feature unfortunately. A great Lego set for any Star Wars fan. My hubby put this together for me, and we were impressed with how well constructed it was … it felt sturdy, and like it would hold up to actually being played with. The wings move up and down, and the rudder can be moved down so you can hold on and make it “fly”. After raising 3 boys and having 3 grandsons, my hubby is pretty experienced with building Lego sets, but with almost 600 pieces, it took him 3 hours to complete. While the box says “Ages 9+”, I’m not sure if a 9 year old could build this on their own, but would be a fun father/son project. Our one disappointment with this was the box it came in! There was no way to open the box without literally ripping it apart, meaning the box won’t be useable for storage. ... show more

For Star Wars fans, this is a great set to build. The instructions were easy to follow, and the high-quality bricks fit together smoothly and securely. The Torrent Starfighter design is sturdy, detailed, and a great addition to my Star Wars collection. The minifigs that came with this build are stunning and add to the finished build completely. First off- we have a ton of legos, and likewise a ton of star wars pieces. My 8 year old built this one with three questions/times he needed help. Totally reasonable for a kid build, and pretty fun for him! He loved the mini figures, and it is sturdy enough for him in his play. Very good set. 567 peices and 3 minifigures for 65 dollars is a great price. It's about 10 cents per peice, which is very good, especially when you look at the other star wars August sets. Not only is it a good price, but the design of the v19 torrent is very good and accurate. The only bad things about this set is that it looks derpy when it is landed, and the minifigures have questionable printing quality. Overall, 8/10 set, I do recommend it. ... show more
