Picked this up for my son, and it ended up being one of those sets that checks all the boxes — fun to build, looks great, and actually gets played with after it’s done. Build experience: This was a really enjoyable build without being overly complicated. It took just the right amount of time to keep him engaged without getting frustrated. Instructions were clear (as you’d expect from LEGO), and the pieces went together smoothly. Design & detail: The finished car looks awesome. The color really pops, and the details — especially the front end and overall shape — do a great job capturing that Dodge Challenger look. For a smaller set, it’s surprisingly sharp and doesn’t feel like a “basic” build. Play + display value: This is where it stands out. Some LEGO sets get built and just sit on a shelf — this one actually gets used. My son has been driving it around, racing it with other cars, and still keeps it on display when he’s done. Good mix of toy + display piece. Durability: It holds together well during normal play. A few small pieces can pop off if it takes a hard hit (pretty typical for LEGO), but nothing out of the ordinary and easy to put back together. What I like as a parent: • Keeps kids focused and engaged while building • Good balance of challenge without frustration • Something they actually continue to use after building Minor downside: If your child is brand new to LEGO builds, they might need a little help at certain steps. It’s not overly difficult, but it’s not a beginner set either. 2-month update: Still holding up great. I love Dodge Challengers, and been wanting this LEGO for awhile, just to see how close it looks to the Hellcat version. This Challenger is pretty close to a real one, and the instructions are very easy to read, but like some brick building books it does have some tiny little flaws LEGO should have put in the manual. Near the end of the book, they should have described the grill area, and I almost missed it putting it together, cause I was following the book. The book did not really show this piece being put on a certain way, and I had it on backward. Which gets me to the part where there is no stickers to put on, and the parts already have printed logos or stickers you can call them. The detail is so cool, but they are small and can be easy to be missed, like I was mentioning. The car stays together really good, and the parts don't fall off, not yet anyways. Just be careful when you put the corner horns on, cause they are made out of soft rubber. There were no missing pieces cause they were in their own numbered bag, and even had smaller bags inside the bigger bags. Which did help and had me put this beautiful car together in a couple of hours tops. This is a great gift for anyone who is into Dodge or cars at all, and loves brick building. It even comes with a mini figure to top it off. Imo, I wished LEGO made this Dodge in multiple colors instead of just one color. ... show more

Really fun little set. The details on the car are impressive for how compact it is, and the build was quick but still satisfying. Good for both kids and adults who like cars. Looks great on a shelf once finished too.

Went to Target with my son in the beginning of December, I've noticed he saw this same exact toy. Single mom working full time going to school part-time I couldn't go back to Target to get it leave it to Amazon to making life much easier when ordering things last minute. My son is 11 years old it literally took him an hour to build. No missing pieces. Easy to build. Size was expected. The best part about this Lego set is at the car moves. Great value.
