If you (like me) grew up looking the Sesame Street on tv after school, for sure appreciatte this Lego set. Elmo, Cookie Monster, Big Bird and the bunch of the gang are in the set, even the Count von Count appears in the set. LEGO's have come along way since I was a kid. I was looking for something to pass the time during COVID quarantine and chose this Sesame Street model because of its price (why are LEGO's so expensive, anyway?) and the hope my kids will want to play with it after it's built. It's over a thousand pieces and took me two days to build. It had two missing pieces and one wrong colored part. Luckily, I was able to replace the missing pieces from my kids LEGO stash. There was also at least a dozen duplicate pieces. Not complaining, but it makes me question the packaging process. In any case, it was a lot of fun to build. The directions are well detailed and my kids (7&4) were excited to watch it come together. I'll be buying another one soon. ... show more

I gave this to my mom as a gift and she loved it. Put it together right away. It definitely should be for people 18+ because it is very very detailed.
