  • So worth the money
Looooove that it comes with the normal size as well as the inflated aunt. This set has so many cute details and is just overall one of my favorites so far!

  • PERFECTION
SOOOOO CUTTTTEEEE! I'm obsessed with this LEGO set. I have the first Privet Drive set, and this one is SO much better. It's adorable. The details are amazing, and it is double-sided, unlike the first, which was only one-sided. Completely perfect!

  • incredibly well done
The exterior design is clean and neat, and with the exception of a missing garage it a pretty much spot on recreation of the 4 Privet Drive that was seen in film. Normally I'm all about the exterior because I own dozens and dozens of city street style kits. But in this kit I think the interior is the star. The interior design does just a wonderful job capturing several components and the overall theme of that environment. The favorite son dynamic is shown well in that we see Dudley with the largest room filled with possessions whilst Harry is shown in his spartan "smallest bedroom" setting hilariously positioned above his cupboard under the stairs. And of course the titular setting at the table leading to Marge's inflation from Prisoner of Azkaban. Additionally it brings in details from two other movies; the bars over Harry's window that's from Chamber of Secrets, and the mail slot being boarded up comes from Sorcerer's Stone. This house showed up in many of the films and even though it didn't see a lot of screen time it generated a lot of meaningful elements and I think Lego just did a great job cramming so much of them in. Whatever person or team designed it really did great service to the Lego and HP brands with this one. ... show more

  • Fun set
This is a wonderful set. I love all the little details they put into it. I put it together with my kids. I found it pretty easy to put together. My seven-year-old had a little trouble with some of the steps, but overall, it wasn't too difficult. The finished set looks great and has a lot of features that make it good for play. I love that it includes multiple mini figs, and the way the house can open and close. It makes it relatively compact when it is on the shelf, but allows for pleny of space and easy access when the kids are playing or making a little stop motion. ... show more

  • Get Back Under the Stairs!
This was such a fun build with so many "Easter eggs" from the movie, it really was a joy to put together in each step. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and the bricks are separated into numbered bags to correspond to different parts of the build, ensuring you never have too many out at the same time so the build moves much more quickly. The final house looks great both open and closed and has a high level of replayability with the characters that come with it and if you have characters from other Harry Potter LEGO builds. The level of detail from the movie that is brought into this build is really impressive and shows the care that went into the design of the build. Unfortunately, at almost $90 (price at time of review), this is a very expensive set for having not even 700 bricks in it. Part of what you're paying for is the Harry Potter name and figures, which is great for big fans of the franchise, but certainly comes at a cost. ... show more

  • Fun Harry Potter build
Wow, this was a lot of fun to build. I was able to easily complete it in one day (thought not in one sitting). There are so many fun Harry Potter details and easter eggs hidden throughout. As always there are a so many clever uses of Lego bricks. And the kids love how it opens and closes like a little dollhouse. The overall build od th Dursleys house is smaller than I anticipated from the photos. It's about 5.5 inches tall, each half is 5 inches wide. Overall a fun and easy build, definitely worth getting for a Potter fan! ... show more

  • Excellent! Easy to assemble and the attention to the HP details are perfect.
Lego has another winner with this Harry Potter Privet Drive set. It's awesome! Once set up it can be displayed and also it's sturdy enough that my grandkids love playing with it. They get a big kick out of Harry's Aunt floating up along side the house. Clever design! The interior of the house is very accurate with little details, interior and exterior, that HP fans will love. Includes the family. The roof is easily removed to peek inside and when it opens it makes a very cool display. Easy assembly, my son and his girlfriend had this put together in about an hour and a half. They build a lot of Legos, but this is an easy enough assembly even for novice Lego builders. This would make a very much appreciated gift for Harry Potter Lego fans. Highly recommend! I ... show more
