My grandson who turned 7 in April loved this Lego set. It was easy for him to follow the instructions totally by himself Each part was labeled well and in different bags so everything was clear and easy for him to do. We watched him put together the pieces easily but using the guide totally on his own. He worked for about two hours non-stop and then played with it making up stories.
