I bought this for my partner and they absolutely loved building this set. They spent days happily seated at my dining room table building this wall art. The lego app works great on an Ipad, so instructions were super clear and they had far less issues than I do with my random mould king kits. I have generally become enamored of some of the more elegant display pieces LEGO has produced in recent years, but this is my favorite so far. It's a really creative rendition of the classic woodblock painting, with a lot of depth and texture, but it's also designed to be hung on your wall. They really thought about the structural engineering needed to make that work, and it can be hung with two nails. Additionally, the picture and the frame/mat are pieced separately and then joined together, so if you want a different color mat or frame, you can just order bricks in the right color (with the help of the pieces list in the back of the book) and redo the frame to match your decor. I'll be ordering some black bricks to make it looks like a basic gallery frame and match the rest of the artwork I have in my house. ... show more
