Good for beginners and youth.

I purchased these for my grandson. He decided he wanted to play the tenor sax in band at school. Never played before and is doing great with these reeds. Strength is good for him and (as a beginner) he's only broken 2 reeds since we got these.

Worth every penny!

Totally worth the money. I never thought I'd say that about a 25$ piece of plastic, but this was a serious game changer. Turns out, using an old, moldy, warped piece of cane reed was why I was struggling with articulation. All the sudden, I have a newfound sense of control over my embouchure. Trust me, it's worth the investment.

Superior reeds

Bought this for a tenor sax, to be used in marching band, concert band, and jazz band. The performance and sound is superior, plain and simple. The wood reeds break and splinter so quickly, and these last and last. If you're a serious player, or just going to be playing for awhile, investing in these is essential.
