I received my pinball machine and it was a little heavier then I thought it would be, but thats a good thing. I got it down to my game and TV room and put it together pretty fast . I had watched a video on how to set it up before it even arrived. It machine walked me through setting it up to my Wi-Fi and after a few minutes it down loaded some upgrades and fixes. I was playing and figuring everything out in no time. I wish the ball looked more like chrome then silver paint, thats my only complaint. I have had a great time with it so far.     • My husband loves it!
I purchased this for my husband for Christmas. He loves it! It was easy to assemble. The only bad thing is maneuvering the keyboard to add games, etc.. You have to use buttons, the flippers, etc.

The product itself was fine but customer support was terrible. The seller listed the product cheaper than what I paid for. As a fact $130.00 cheaper a couple of days after I had purchased the product and seller refuse to refund the difference. Despite the fact that it wasn’t someone else sale.
