These are a great bedtime snack. I often wake up hungry but the protein helps keep my blood sugar stable all night long. They give a sugar free tasty snack with a good amount of fiber If you aren't used to that much or that type of fiber go slow or you will regret it. I also like the jelly rolls .

These are delicious, and keep me full for hours. The texture is a little dense but warming it up in the microwave softens it into a delicious breakfast or afternoon treat with coffee. I appreciate the high protein content and that it is whey and not soy or pea protein. The plain cinnamon roll is good, a little overly sweet. The sticky bun is my favorite.
