I have been using this sunflower lecithin consistently for the past 6 months, and it has been a game changer for my breastfeeding journey. I started taking it after I developed a clogged milk duct that led to a fever. Since then, I have been taking the daily maintenance dose, and I haven't had any clogged ducts or related issues. The capsules are fairly large, but I find them easy to swallow. I take one in the morning and one at night as my daily maintenance dose. In my experience, it has helped my milk flow more easily and has made breastfeeding much less stressful.
