First of all, shipping, packaging and delivery was A+. This mattress set is really white and clean. But it's extremely firm/hard. To solve the firmness/hardness issue, I purchased an extra thick and extra plush mattress topper pad by Exceptional Sheets. Now I am sleeping peacefully.

Was disappointed when it arrived did not realize it was so firm. I do have to say that there customer service ROCKS they did help with the problem and made it right. It's a good firm mattress set worth the money.
