I LOVE this thing. I've been sleeping on it for about a month now. It's firm, for people that want a firm mattress, and it gives unbelievable support. The kapok stuffing seems dense and supportive but also soft and comfortable (kind of like one of those stress balls that you squish in your hand, but less squishy). I've never experienced any stuffing like this before and I'm hooked. The mattress is very versatile, as it can be partly rolled up and used as a chair/loveseat/lounge. My cats love it too. To keep it in good shape, you need to knead and fluff it like you would a pillow. This process is actually pleasurable and relaxing, so I don't mind that at all. If you always lay in the middle and never refluff the stuffing, then the stuffing will gradually shift to the edges, etc., but the stuffing is so dense that it doesn't shift that much. Just a little kneading/fluffing every day will keep it in good shape. Even though the bedroll cannot be machine washed, it can be kept clean. The unthinkable has already happened, about two weeks after I got this, my cat peed on it. I used Martha Stewart's odor-neutralizing spray, baking soda, white vinegar, and a steam cleaner to spot-clean it. Laid it out in the direct sun to dry. It seems fine! So that was the ultimate test, now I know I'll have this thing for a long time and will probably buy another one someday. I've recommended this mattress to everyone I know.

I use this for Thai Yoga practice with others, everyone loves it! The blue color is bright and vibrant. I love the natural material of it. The strap did break as I was in a hurry to unravel it, but i stitched it back on easily, and it's even better now! They could put two more straps on it for it to stay together even easier for transport, as I use it at festivals and sometimes need to carry it around. I love the XL size, but even I need to use a yoga mat at the end of it at times when doing footwork. Best size for clients under 6 ft.

I needed to find another temporary mattress to replace my son's air mattress that leaked. He's epileptic and has become very chronically sensitive to VOC. I bought a new air mattress and in the shirt time it took to inflate, it almost gave him a seizure. Next we tried a CordaRoy that converts to a mattress. They claim to be low toxicity, but again there was a strong chemical odor. This cotton pad is stuffed with natural fiber that comes from the kapok tree. There was only a slight odor but it didn't cause any reaction. It sure if the odor is from kapok fiber or fabric dye, but in any case it aired away quickly and hasn't caused any reactions. If you're buying it to sleep on, it's comfortable enough if you're comfortable lying on very firm surfaces. It does provide enough cushioning for a light, slender person to not get painful pressure points. It would be similar to using a thick sleeping bag on the floor, but more supportive. If you need more cushioning than that, I recommend using a mattress topper under it. Note that the sizes are not standard bed sizes. The Large size is closest to twin, but a few inches wider and longer.

Surprisingly comfortable. We didn’t want to get another spring mattress after our old one wore out. We both were miserable and hurting from it. So, we tried sleeping in the floor. Which was actually better, but I needed something in between, so I put down our 4”topper on the ground and slept on that. It was okay, but not quite right. So my boyfriend said we should try this style of mat. We actually loved it. I sleep like I haven’t slept in years! Deeper sleep, and don’t wake up nearly as much, or sore in the morning. I eventually put this on top of the topper, and now it is perfect, since I don’t want to lay directly on the floor. My boyfriend is fine either way. As far as quality, it seems well made and firm. Size was accurate for the queen we ordered. Height was accurate, as well. Some people mention the seam coming apart. Well, it hasn't yet, but if it does down the road, I’ll just break out my needle and thread. Sure, it should be made right to begin with, but I’ll update if it actually happens. It also came packaged well, and had no foul odors, or any dust coming out. It was also very nice to look at in person. Better than the picture. So far so good!

Love this mat, good cushions but also good feedback from the floor, I pair it with a memory foam for those clients that have more meat on the bone, they love it. Your knees will have to get use to the material but once you are there, you are good. I heard th3 kapok will come of the seams but so far , so good, and I use this mat as my traveling mat.

I LOVE how the roll design seems to fit my curves in all the right places. Even my ankles feel supported. Plus it is long enough to roll the top down as a pillow, even for my 6 foot husband. Each little roll by itself is soft, and I can squish them. As a whole, it is a firm mattress for sure. My back (scoliosis) doesn't feel "tired" after I wake up on this matress. A big plus to me. My husband says it is a little too firm for him so for now, I use it on top of my other mattress, so I can't say how it would be every night on the floor, but for the last week and a half I have had only one tossy-turny night from back pain on this mattress, and that was after digging a very large hole in my yard. I feel the mattress will be easy to hang out to air out if needed, or even spot clean and line dry when necessary. It is a smooth, soft material. Colors and design in the one I got ( burgundy and grey, I think) are beautiful. Thank you Leewadee for using sustainable, natural materials.

I am a Thai Massage Therapist, and I use this Mat for my Thai Massage clients. It is lightweight, portable, has a tie to hold it together. The tie is not a handle, it is only a tie. I feel like if you used it to carry the mat, it might break, so be aware of that. Otherwise, I love this Thai Mat so much, I am going to buy an additional one! I love the maroon color, the fabric is rich. My clients liked it, as it is not TOO squishy, it is medium firm.
