I really liked the look and feel of this pillow and had high expectations, but it was a little too hard for me. It's tall, which makes it pretty nice for side sleeping with a straight neck, but it doesn't really cradle your head. It's super firm and felt a bit like setting my head on a padded shelf to try to sleep. Since there's not much give, it was super uncomfortable any time I rolled to my back. I wanted a pillow with good neck support, but this felt like a stiff foam yoga block, propping my head to look at my toes whenever I rolled onto my back. After a few days trying to make it work, I returned it and went with something a little softer, that's tall on the edges for side sleeping and low in the middle for back sleeping. That's working better for me. This one might work better for someone who *ONLY* sleeps on their side and likes a really firm pillow. ... show more

I LOVE this pillow. It’s the perfect balance of firmness/support and cushion/bounciness. Helps me with my neck/shoulder pain. I also love the soft gray cover it comes with (even though I put another pillow case over it). These pillows made sleeping even better from before. I went from those "fancy" memory pillows IKEA, but over time they wore down and now they seen better days. I'm VERY particular about pillows and have gone through literally dozens to find a good one. This one is the best I've ever found! It's firm, but not hard - as Goldilocks would say - it's just right.
