These are great 20” x 20” pillow inserts. They have a cool cotton cover with a zipper if for some reason you want to take out some of the filling or need to wash them. I used these 20” x 20” inserts for two 18” x 18” pillow covers so that the final pillow will be nice and full! It’s nice to have the option to use these pillow inserts on different pillow covers so you can switch out if you change your room decor! I will be utilizing these inserts for many, many years. I think the quality of these pillow inserts is really nice. Just perfect amount of fluffiness. Love how it’s machine washable. Love how the pillows even have a removable cover. Warning: You must buy one size up on the pillows! So I bought 20x20 pillows and 18x18 covers. Before I put the pillows into the covers, the pillows were about 6 inches deep of fluffiness. Once you put them into your pillow cases (don’t forget cases must be one size smaller) the thickness of the pillow is 7 inches at least for me. I wanted to mention also, someone complained they didn’t like how the zipper doesn’t go all the way to the corner making it hard to get the pillow out. This is done on purpose because a stitched corner is stronger than a corner held by a zipper. A lot of pressure is on the corner and by stopping the zipper an inch or so in is a feature of a good strong design. ... show more

Love these inserts! I accidentally bought 20”x20” for my 20”x20” pillow covers, but it actually fills them nicely. I wanted couch pillows that looked nice, but also were ideal for napping. I know...why get excited about pillow inserts?! But, these are so much nicer than any others I've ever purchased from fabric or craft stores, and at a very reasonable price. They are filled with lots of very soft fiber than really mimics down- I threw mine in the dryer for a few minutes and they came out super fluffy. The high quality 100% cotton covers could almost be left uncovered, and there have zippers so they can be washed- not that cheap synthetic stuff that tears and gets nasty looking. Well made but I have to take out a star. I bought 4 pillows and the quality of stuffing varies. 1 pair feels thicker than the other pair. They all look chunky and feel fluffy after a quick tumble dry on low, but you can tell the amount/quality of the stuffing is not the same. Luckily, it accidentally meets my needs. This is an update to my previous poor review. After reading my review, the seller contacted me and asked if they could send me a new set. I agreed to try another set and I can now say without question that the first set I received must have been a fluke, because the new set is exceptionally good. Very well made, heavy and full and fit the 18" X 18" pillow case cover fantastically - including the corners! I have to give a 5+ rating to the seller on this one. I won't hesitate to order additional pillow inserts from Leeden in the future. The minute I took these out of the packaging, I knew they weren't as advertised, but I gave them a shot just the same. They were just horrible. The stuffing didn't even begin to fill the insert and after much trying, I wasn't able to even budge any of the lumps, let alone get stuffing into the corners of the pillow. I've purchased other brands and should have purchased one of those instead. Back they go. ... show more

These are like air. There is no support in these. While they do arrive flat and will puff up. The filling is not supportive. You could literally flatten it again. I gave it one stars because my son likes them. But for an adult they provide zero back support. If you lean back against these pillows and the couch- your back will touch the couch.
