They also have two mounting options: there's sturdy 3M glue tape on the back of each light strip and also small screws if you want it extra sturdy (I got away with just the 3M). I really like that the whole unit is white, so it doesn't stand out too much, and the lights are bright enough so that I can have them on the top of my window to provide extra light to my plants on the window sill. Overall, my plants look really happy with them :)
