Overall - it’s good and am happy with it. The downside: Install was annoying. As a previous review said, there was one bolt that just would not thread correctly. Took a good 15 minutes with a Vice grip to be able to thread it. The remote works for the most part. It stops working after adjusting the color temp/brightness for about 30 seconds. If you turn off/on the light at the switch that seems to reset it for some reason. When you do turn off at the switch, it resets the color temp/brightness that you had previously set at. Wish it would just stay - so I use the remote to turn off and on day to day - that keeps the right color/brightness. OVERALL The light color and brightness can be whatever you like and that is really nice. You can adjust and change day to day or season to season, which is really nice. It’s a very nice design and looks great. Just a few issues that are more annoying and kind of just dumb, but if you can deal with that, it’s a good deal and the light aspect does a great job. ... show more

I really like this light. It has a good look and is bright. I honestly didn't know how hard my office was prior to getting this. I will say, it is not as easy to install as it says & the picture installation directions are a joke. The bolts are very difficult to get to thread in each of the piece, but once you get them in, they aren't going anywhere. Also, the remote worked for about 2 minutes & now it doesn't. I used brand new fresh out the pack batteries & the red light on the remote comes on, but none of the settings change. Overall a pretty decent light, just plan for about 30 - 45 minutes to assemble and install. ... show more

If this light was $30 I wouldn’t have much to complain about. However, mine product had more problems than I wanted to deal with. The bottom light had no roll pins in it so when mounting the white ring fell out. I used some 3/32 welding Rod to make pins and glued them into place. Second issue is that bottom light is bent downwards. Seems like the mounting rods were bent, another fixable issue but I will have to remove the light to fix it. Check yours before installing… If you’re not handy, prepare yourself to be on the phone with customer service. I do like the lights features but even that is in question. Testing the brightness, the remote wouldn’t respond after turning the brightness all the way at up. I shut the switch off and let it sit and everything seems to work, I haven’t turned it up again. The media could not be loaded. It was easy to install and has great functionality. It gives the room a modern look. The remote works well and there are plenty of settings to make the light level comfortable for different times of day. I would definately recommend this purchase.

Several issues with this fixture. I installed it after assembly and when I turned it on there was an immediate pop. Very dim lighting was still visible but that's it. There was burning on the inside of one of the sealed lighting assemblies so I'm guessing there were wires touching inside which is not surprising. This thing is very cheaply made. I have installed many low and high voltage lighting fixtures in the past and this thing was installed 100% correctly. See list of cons below. *Thin wires were samshed up and crimped from factory. *Bolts and lighting assemblies are painted and no attempt is made to remove over spray from threading so they'll need cleaned for proper threading. *Wiring is very thin even for low voltage. *Instructions are horribly translated. Not a big deal if you're somewhat handy but I could see it being an issue for some. *Obvious issues with QC from the factory. The fixture is nice looking. With materials upgrades and better QA/QC it would be a nice piece. ... show more
