First price- awesome Slim - great Amount and quality of light- great Install - complicated if using as replacement of existing light in the USA. Ok so if you are installing on a spot where there is no electrical junction box (against code and common sense), then it should be great. Poke a hole for your wires through Sheetrock, wire it, attach the 2” x 2” block, and slide on the fixture ( pretending you don’t have texture and paint that will be scrapped off as you slide it). Real world: Take off old fixture, bring up block to see how it will attach- it will not, it will easily fit inside electrical box. They provide a mounting bar. But the bar is curved to add strength… sounds good but the curve takes depth. This depth will be the gap between your fixture and the Sheetrock - see picture. So if you have the metal cutting tools you can trim the curve of the bar down where it will contact Sheetrock … or you can cut grooves in Sheetrock to accommodate the curve. I will take one of these methods and keep the product because I am a handy person and I am cheap. But most folks would not. Packaging does not match online spec or description. Waterproof? Uh no that is an outright lie - see pictures of open electrical and no seal and no ability to drain. Again I’ll keep it and watch quality over the long term but most folks will not tolerate these issues. ... show more

    • Easily installed. Great for a smaller room.
This was very easy to install. I put it up on a smaller room in my basement. It is 9 inches equally squared. It looks great. It gives me perfect lighting in my basement, in the electrical area section. It is bright, but non daylight bright; has a slight yellow lighting. Saves a lot on electricity.

THIS IS A SUPER BRIGHT LIGHT IN A VERY SMALL FORM FACTOR!!!! Two months of use,So far so good, i will revise my review one year from now. It is very light, ease to install, don't use the connectors that they send, just use electrical wire nuts to connect the wires to your respective wire gauge. The on/off is seamless and it is very bright. It does not have any ground possibilities, so you better know that before you buy it. If you are concerned, learn what ground means on a switch type electrical circuit. But definetely, i do recommend this item! Five Stars!!!! ... show more

Products looks and works as advertised. I think another reviewer mentioned how bright it was - I really have a hard time comparing lumens with incandescent bulbs in my head - and I guess the high color temp makes it appear so. Still, simple install. Works great. Hope it lasts a long time.
