Remote or motor has never worked. My son loves toys like this and is very disappointed it doesn’t work. Was purchased as a birthday gift and unable to return since it’s beyond the 30 days. No way to contact seller about you not working either. Would not buy again.

This was purchased on August 28th. When it arrived and my son put it together, it seemed like it was going to be a great addition to his building/engineering collection. It was appropriately challenging for him to put together, and he was excited when it got it finished. The remote control worked great, as did the app. I was very impressed with the control features as well - more than I was expecting and more capabilities than I've seen with some RC products. Unfortunately, the fun didn't last. It is October 12th, and the remote control features already seem to have broken. The remote control isn't even turning on. We tried swapping out batteries; one of the contacts is getting very hot but the remote is not powering on. I suggested to my son that he could still use the tablet/mobile app to control it. That is not working either. The bluetooth motor on the vehicle is powering on no problem, but now we cannot get any devices to connect to it. I tried using an iPad Pro, an iPhone SE, and a Surface Pro 8. None of them are recognizing the bluetooth device to connect to; therefore, the app won't work. I can't say I'm shocked given what we paid for this, but it's still a bummer. I would have hoped for a little more longevity out of this. Buyer beware! ... show more

    • Hard to put together and remote never worked
The blocks are good quality, nothing wrong there. But the remote never worked, or the motors never worked, not sure which is defective. I tried the app as well to no avail.
