I just received this mattress today and couldn’t be happier with it. As I’m sure most people are, I was a little hesitant to buy a mattress online but I’m really glad I did now. I paid extra to have it delivered and setup, which I highly recommend doing because this mattress is super heavy. Once the bag was cut open it immediately started to fill out. There was no weird odor coming off of the mattress and it inflated to its full 14 inches in only five hours so I was able to sleep on it the first night. I have back pain from a car accident a few years ago and my old mattress was making that pain worse since it started developing sink holes. I slept so great in this new mattress. It’s the perfect combination of soft yet supportive. Definitely on the softer side but not to where you sink too far in and it hurts your body. It has the perfect amount of support in all the right places. It has great edge support so I can still sit on the edges to put on my shoes or do whatever I need to do and it isolates motion so if I’m moving on one side of the bed, someone on the other side doesn’t feel it. The build, quality and comfort of this mattress is comparable to my last mattress which was a Sterns and Foster that cost thousands of dollars. I hope this new one lasts just as long as my Sterns and Foster did too. Which was over 10 years. You seriously won’t regret this purchase at all! Take the leap. It’s absolutely worth it.

The martress firm to support my nack and top is comfortable, it arrive in vacuum bad and was easy to transport to appartment. It takes 3 days to fully decompress and it was in perfect shape. I have added protector to keep this matress clean. There is no disturbance from other person moveand i like the build quality. It was heavy.

Whoever came up with the concept of a mattress in a box deserves all the money in the world. I was so skeptical to buy a mattress on Amazon, well really furniture in general, but I gave it a try. I have Prime so the mattress came quickly. I believe 3 days. It is pretty heavy so you may need two people to help carry it to the room, lucky for me I have wood floors, so I slid the box to my room. Safe to say I skipped the gym today haha. The mattress is so comfortable and I’m very picky about my mattresses. In my opinion, it is 7/10 on softness but supportive so you don’t sink. I prefer soft mattresses, so it could’ve been a tad bit softer, but that’s just me being picky. It is a true queen size. I would say overall the quality is good and I would recommend it. I’m going to give it 4 stars for now and update in a couple of weeks when I break it in.

This queen mattress is comfortable. It is supportive and plush, with great motion isolation. Setup was easy (heavier than I thought), and there were no strong odors. My kid well-rested every morning. The cooling feature works great, and it feels like a high-end mattress at a great price. Recommend!

No customer support....ugg, bed did not fully expand at the top or bottom, which leaves a dome looking mattress. It is not as firm as the reviews or the description had indicated. The edges are soft and not stable. It does work well on an adjustable frame, but I would not buy this brand again.
